Terrible customer service, A whole truck load of fresh flowers came in just after I bought their last 3 hanging baskets. I asked the manager, Vince, if I could exchange them for some of the fresh ones. He said NO all sales are final. I’m a rewards member and shop there often while my wifes in the resale store. Never again. I will go to Millers Ace in Elk Grove.
