This is my go to place for rugs. They bind remnants on site for $ 1 a linear foot. Sometimes they can even do it the same day. I can regularly find really nice remnants there and have them bound for about half the price of even a cheap area rug. I paid a little under $ 240 for 12×10 Karastan remnant, a matching runner (both bound) and nice padding. Bill’s Carpet Fair wanted $ 300 for a smaller rug by itself. I asked the guy there to save the scrap from my rug for the dog’s crate and he even bound that for me, no charge. My puppy feels pretty special knowing that she is probably the only dog in Baltimore with wall to wall Karastan carpet in her crate.
