Builder used this company to install the flooring in our custom built home this year which consisted of ceramic tile in the kitchen and bath, hardwood flooring on the main level and master bedroom and upstairs music room, vinyl flooring in the laundry room, laminate flooring on the upper level. Upon move in day found splintered boards cupped and cracking boards in the hardwood. Vinyl flooring is popping up, the tile in the master bath has two chipped tiles, the kitchen tiles have some type of glue residue on them that so far I’ve been unable to remove As does the upstairs laminate flooring. The threshold in the master shower was installed backwards and the grout has places that are inadequate, leaving gaps. Several of the molding pieces weren’t nailed in properly upstairs and down. A field representative came out, took pictures and recommended i use vinegar to remove the glue, vinegar would also remove the finish on tumbled tile so needless to say I ignored this advice. We’ve never heard another word. Its been 6 months. If I was contracting to have a barn built I wouldn’t have this company install the flooring. Terrible installers and horrid customer service.

Terrible company. I had vinyl installed in the kitchen and laminate (looks like hardwood) installed in the living room after a devastating house flood caused by a broken pipe which exploded while I was gone all day. The seller promised everything would be installed in one day. It took 2 different times to install the flooring and they told me they could re-​seal the toilet after unhooking it to install the vinyl in the bathroom. After they unsealed the toilet the same men told me they did not have a plumbers license to re-​seal it and I would have to hire a plumber to do that! The vinyl had huge air bubbles in it and had to be fixed 3 separate times. The laminate had to be repaired several months later due to similar problems. The laminate also scratched very easily. The company does not repair on the weekends or after 2/​4pm weekdays so I had to take off of work for each repair. Terrible customer service and terrible products. I was very dissatisfied and will NOT do business with this company again.

Stay away from these bozos.
They carpeted my entire home (Bought my home new, the builder used these guys). Excluding the hardwood I had about 4000 square feet of carpet. Every single square inch was not stretched. Within a few months, the carpet had large humps. I called them up to come fix it. I had to move every piece of furniture so that they could stretch the carpet. They came and restretched the carpet using knee kickers only. They did NOT power stretch it. I tried explaining that they needed to power stretch but none of the guys spoke english. About a year goes by and the knee stretched carpet is starting to get humps. I called them up again and they told me tough luck. It was 13 months after the original install and I was out of warranty. (Though it was only about 8 months after the restretch) They could come stretch it, but they would have to charge me. Yeah right, they couldn’t do it right in the first place.
The carpet looked horrible. When I say humps, some of them were two inches high. I had to hire another company to come and restretch. They did an awesome job. BUT I had to pay for it. It also took months as I had to move furniture from each room one at a time. When the new company came in to restretch, the guys immediately looked at it and said «Let me guess, CB flooring?». I kid you not. They knew right away.
This is how bad it was… from one large room in my basement (650 sq ft). I had 2 — 42 gallon trash bags full of excess carpet that was cut by the new company. I couldn’t believe it. What a disaster.
Now I will give credit where credit is due. The hardwood install was fine, as was the tile.
So I had to spend almost $ 700 in labor to have my carpet restretched. And I had to move all of the furniture on my carpets twice before I could get a decent outcome.
