Round Table Pizza

I called in to place an order for delivery at 7:40 Sunday night. I placed the whole order, and the guy them told me I could pick it up but they are not doing anymore deliveries for the night (they close at 9). I canceled and called another business that was willing to deliver and they close at 9 as well.

Pizza is always a little burnt. My wife’s «thick» crust pizza didn’t look much different than mine. Paid for extra cheese but barely had any on it. My sons pizza was more crispy bread than pizza. (See photo) Kinda sad… Used to be the best place in town for pizza and has just been going down hill over the years. They need to make some changes… Won’t be returning anytime soon.

Walked in and walked out… dirty tables everywhere and for God sakes 29.99 for a extra large pizza… with dirty tables and old interior. You guys give Round Table a bad name… clean it up and lower the prices. Salad bar was pathetic… you made my son cry because we had to leave. He’s a fan but won’t be back till things change… hope they do…

I’m really disappointed. I was nothing but nice to the people on the phone. All I wanted was my pizza. So I called them up, not even upset. The guy sounded nervous and I was fine with it. Working at FCR you tend to feel for them. I was transferred up to the manager, who the minute I started talking cut me off and started saying how they had called me 5 times trying to get an address (not true they only called me 1 or 3 times and I missed it, not to mention they did not leave me a voice message at all) and how I didn’t put an address in there. I was like ma’am there is no need to be rude and condescending, you are a manager you need to be respectful, I’m not even mad I just want my pizza. Then I heard her laugh and said ok well I need an apartment number. So I gave it too her, but now I don’t think I even want the damn pizza and would rather order it through another business. It’s too bad, I really love Round Table, but they left me with a bad taste in my mouth.
Update: I cancelled my order and will be receiving a refund. I called them back and I believe I spoke to the manager again. I told her how I was disappointed at how rude the manager was. Her excuse was that they were extremely busy today. That’s not a good excuse to be rude and provide poor customer service. I provided excellent customer service even though we were extremely busy today at my job. I had a bad day today and all I wanted was some good pizza, and all I got was no pizza, dealt with a rude manager and won’t get my refund right away. I will no longer brag about how good your pizza is and will no longer recommend you to family or friends. Ordering pizza from another place.
Update: the owner restored my faith at Round Table. He apologized for the managers rude behavior and he gave me a free pizza to apologize. Thank you very much. I enjoyed it.

I was in town on business decided to take advantage of their half off Mondays deal. I got a traditional pepperoni for 10 bucks and large sweet deal. What wasn’t so sweet was the after effects. Let’s just say the toilet was my best friend for the next two days. Thank you round table! Didn’t know it was possible to poop that much!

I came here expecting a FULL BUFFET at dinner time! Not what I was expecting since I have never been here! It reminded me of an old school Pizza Hut! You know, when they used to have a sitdown restaurant! The salad bar didn’t even look appealing at dinner time! So I skipped it and just got a personal pan pizza! Not too impressed with the prices! Was $ 8 with a small drink! BUT THE PIZZA WAS REALLY GOOD! ;) The customer service was friendly but felt like I stood in line forever with only 3 ppl ahead and took forever to get my pizza too! This place had tv’s on the wall and serves beer so it’s probably a good place to watch football games? They also had an arcade room for ppl with kids! There’s a lower level with regular tables, I sat at the actual round tables with cushioned benches around it on the upper level! It had a nice view out the window as well of the main intersection of Garden Valley and Stewart? The bathroom was pepto bismol pink and outdated and cramped at the sink and water all over the counter! I prefer pizza hut still based on price but just miss the old days when it wasn’t just delivery/​pick-​up. But I think Round Table’s pizza tastes better, it just costs more! They do delivery and pickup as well! :) I am from Medford so was just passing through! Maybe I will make a pickup order someday at our location? But probably not since Pizza Hut is so much more popular there! ;) It’s a great place for kids or parties though probably!

Adequate salad bar. Ample size dining area. Good pizza. Unfortunately, they dole the food out in such small does that you feel like Oliver Twist, saying «Please, sir, may I have some more?»

I Had the Round Table lunch buffet which was fair priced. It consisted of a small salad bar and a pizza buffet with Spicy potatoes wedges and several different types of twist pizza dough bread. The offerings on the pizza buffet were very tasty, the salad bar not so much, just meh. But overall fair priced and a good lunch.
