I really enjoyed eating here. I got the cocktail shrimp really good the only thing I prefer it cold & it was more room temp. I had a mango margarita it was good. My daughter got a child enchilada plate with rice & bean, I loved the fact that the plate was full not a skimpy portion just bc it’s a kids meal. Recommend to try it.

I’ve been coming to Ramon’s since 2008 and sadly I’ve yet to have a great experience food-​wise (the company is always good, so I don’t turn down a chance to see friends and eat chips and salsa). The margarita mix is way too sweet and unauthentic. I once got severe food poisoning after having the chorizo and eggs for dinner. Go to Sal’s down the street – much more ¡riquisimo!

Just ordered a burito from ramon’s got home which is 2 minutes away. The burito was stone cold. Icalled to tell them about it. They told me to bring it back and sit and wait another 20 minutes for another one to be made. They could have at least offered d to start a new one before I got there. Check your food before you leave. Mine tasted like leftovers. Never going back there again. mimi’s uses fresh food. $ 13 for a cold burito, are you kidding me.

This is one of our go to restaurants. We know we will always get a friendly waiter, prompt service, and good food. Gilbert is tops at his job and works hard to make sure that everything is just perfect! We always have our usual cold drinks waiting before we enter the restaurant. Family owned and they truly show they care about their customers and their business.

Great place to eat! I love the atmosphere there and all the waiters are super friendly. I always get the albondigas soup and I am never disappointed, and the crunchy beef taco it to die for! My boyfriend always gets the enchiladas and I have to steal a bite of them. Don’t pass this place up and the salsa is amazing!!!

Ramons had been a staple in Rosamond for a long time. The food is tasty and the service is always friendly. The Cadillac margarita is the best in town. The food is not as spicy as Sals but still plenty flavorful.
The men’s bathroom is giant size!

First time here, since our long time favorite Golden Cantina closed. Very pleased. Service was energetic and friendly, the chips were warm and fresh and light, the salsa tastie and fresh as well. I had the carne al carbon tostada and it was the perfect portion size, the steak was nicely cooked and not chewy. Wife had the Chile relleno and said it was one of the best she had in SoCal, second only to her fav in Albuquerque. We’ll definitely be back

Good stuff. Salsa is mild enough for those that can’t take the heat and a little kick for those who want the flavor. Chips served warm and crispy… love that! Had chicken tacos. Chicken was juicy and tender in a crispy shell. Beans have a great flavor. Never seen it busy in there so service has been out of this world. No complaints here! I think this will be my go-​to dinner place when I don’t want to cook.

We were a group of 7. We went here on a recommendation from a friend. We’ve looked high and low for a good Mexican restaurant, and we just found it! The waiter was amazing. Very friendly. They always made sure we had chips and salsa and that our drinks were full. The food came out quickly after we ordered. Everyone throughly enjoyed their meal. I will definitely be returning to eat here. It will be one of our new favorites!

5 stars for Mexican food in Rosamond. I come here often and I love it. Never had a bad experience. When they’re busy, sometimes you do have to let them know to replace your drink but most of the time they come and ask. Cheese is always melted (unlike Sals) and food is always quick and hot. Love this place !

This is my favorite place to go and get a margarita with some chips and salsa! They are the best in Rosamond… seriously! The food isn’t bad — it fits the price and doesn’t disappoint. The staff is friendly and quick to make sure you’re taken care of.

Don’t waste your time if they have a few people eating. I waited about 8 minutes as servers walked past, looked at me and continued to walk without any acknowledgement. Do as they do and just keep going if you are considering this place during a semi busy (dinner) time.

This is one of the best Mexican restaurants in the AV. Really delicious food and pleasant staff. You won’t find better food in Rosamond for sure. One of their best dishes is the chile verde. And their chile rellenos are great too. A go-​to restaurant for large groups as well.

Really not overly impressed with this location. I feel like Ramon’s food quality used to be much better. And even ordering chips and salsa to go has become insanely expensive. It is no longer worth it for me to dine here. Disappointing.

Tried this place out. If you are looking for a clean restaurant — this is the place. Anytime someone left a table they would vacuum … which was a little strange since it’s noisy.
Chips and salsa were good and refilled. Water also was refilled — I told the waiter I was good on water and the bartender came over and asked if I wanted water later.
Food was good. One diner had the chicken tortilla soup — was better at a different establishment.
Food was good and came out quick. Big portions. Some things are more expensive, but can find cheaper items.

A quaint Mexican café with good food & service. Well decorated and festive. Some of the food has higher prices than your average Mexican restaurant while others are slightly lower. I’ve visited here often & would give it a full allotment of stars, however they consistently come up short in the refill dept for drinks.

The place was clean, quiet and had pretty good service. I ordered the avocado salad and was pleasantly surprised by the presentation. The salad was pretty standard but I thoroughly enjoyed the tortilla bowl. Would recommend ordering for a lighter meal. :)
