The manager is the rudest SOB I have had the displeasure to encountering. In such a small town with limited options, it’s a real shame to deal with such an unpleasant person. I noticed from other reviews, most people feel the employees are rude. Most employees take their ques from their management. As a local business owner, I’m ready to start a campaign to boycott the place. They also do not honor the deals on line. As another person wrote about the $ 6 medium pizza on line on Mondays — Rosamond will not honor. There was another deal for a large pizza they did not honor. They have their own«deals» if that’s what you want to call it. Then — they topped it off my getting my order wrong!

Ordered a pizza and waited 1 hour to even hear anything about my delivery. When I called to check on status, no one answered the phone. I had to drive down there and walk in 1 hour and a half later to just cancel my order. It wasn’t busy at all. Just incompetent workers who didn’t care about customer satisfaction.

Good pizza but they were very rude when the order was wrong and wouldn’t replaced it with what I ordered. I go there all the time and this is the second time they did this. I am never going there again. I am done, They lost a customer that goes there at least 3 or more times a month. What happened to the customer is always right?

I placed an order on the phone for one pizza. A Hawaiian with olives on half. Not even close to what I got. And they basically made it seem like it was my fault they got it wrong. Very disappointed.

«Order Online — The best deals live on « This is what it says in the«From the business» section of their Unilocal page. Yeah, okay… I’d gladly order online… IF the stupid site worked properly! Today I was trying to order their«Big Monday» deal, which the site clearly states is two medium pizzas with up to three toppings for $ 6.00 per pizza. I built the pizzas and went to check out and noticed my subtotal, before tax, was $ 17.00! I’m no math whiz, but I’m fairly certain that $ 6.00 times two pizzas is NOT $ 17.00! I went back and tried again… same result. I tried a third time, this time making both pizzas cheese only and voila! The subtotal was $ 12.00! I called the store(the one for whom I am leaving this review) and asked for their assistance. All I got was«Sorry, but if it’s online, we can’t do anything about it. You have to order online to get that deal.» The online ordering system wasn’t giving me the deal, you morons! THAT’S WHY I CALLEDYOU!!!

Just went to pick up a carryout order. I didn’t notice until after I paid that they made the wrong pizza. I asked them to make the correct pizza and to give me the wrong one for free. The manager said no to the free pizza and would not give me a refund. I had to wait for a new pizza to be made. The manager needs a lesson in customer service. It is highly unlikely I will be back anytime soon.

I had the worst experience ever. My food was burnt and my pizza had NO sauce on it. They also forgot to include things that I had paid for and when I called to fix it, the manager decided to be rude and hung up on me. Do not eat here, you’ll regret it. WORST pizza place ever.
