Good Milkshake… Burger not bad too for a fast food.

Great place to stop or just chill. This place is just like the old school Fosters, not the new chain ice cream stops. They do it all here and that’s the way a soft serve should be like. The acid test for me is a vanilla swirl and it was over the top. The medium was like a large size. My buddies got the mixed & chocolate dipped cones which was cool too. I wish we had more of the vintage-type soft serve places in LA.

Great place to eat. It’s affordable and the owner works in the kitchen sometimes. My friend and I go at least once a week during lunch.

I love FF! I have been coming here since 2004. I live in Palmdale but I will drive to that location for good food. I love their burgers, chili cheese fries, and freezies. The mini size is perfect for me. They give you a lot of ice cream. Most of time I can’t even finish it. I don’t like the locations in Lancaster or Santa Clarita. This is the original one and it is the best one. The prices are sort of expensive but for me it’s worth it.

First off, we love fosters freeze and due to proximity to them we rarely get to eat there. We walked in and ordered all was well, however all we had was a large bill to pay for our bill. The young lady refused to make change. Instead of finding the manager and getting it changed she turned down a family with four hungry kids to go give another business their business. Lack of customer service makes us not want to return. Which is sad since we’ve never treated that way before.

Got a cookies n cream blended ice cream in the medium size. I want the small next time, that was way too much goodness to handle. I will be back.

Driving up the 14 freeway, I always noticed the FF sign and never really thought of stopping by. Mainly because my hubs and I grab a frozen treat at McDonald’s, but we finally got a chance to stop by one weekend and was slightly disappointed at the quality of the frozen treats we ordered. I normally get blizzards with heath from I’ve cream shops but they didn’t have that as an option so I got their form of a blizzard with snickers. Sounds delicious right?! Eeeh… The snicker pieces were rock hard, as if the candy had been stale and probably should’ve been thrown out when they opened. My hubs ordered the peach milkshake which came with what tasted like diced peaches from a can. It’s nice that driving to/through the middle of the desert, there is an ice cream shop you can stop at, that’s conveniently off the 14 N freeway and offers s drive thru, but I guess you gotta get something you know will be fresh like a soft serve. The service was quick and the price was a little steep but I may stick with ordering a vanilla dipped in chocolate cone if we stop by here again.

You get a lot for your money! A small dipped ice cream cone is about $ 2 and is pretty big. There blended flurries are SO good too. Great for families and a quick after dinner treat.

I don’t get out to Rosamond often but I have driven by here a couple of times, I decided to pull in this time because I was in the mood for Ice Cream. The building that Foster Freeze occupies looks like it may have been a service station at one time. Whatever it may have been in a previous life you wont see a hint of it on the inside. I ordered a medium Chocolate Sundae and a couple of minutes later the sundae was handed to me and I took a seat in the little room in the back. The sundae was quite good and a good price too! The restaurant was clean and there were plenty of places to sit with a combination of booths and tables up front and in the more secluded room in back.

Never fails… Last night we showed up at 8:10pm. We sat down a table that would fit our parties size of 5. The young came from behind the counter and asked us to move to a booth(fits 4) because she was closing and wanted it clean. Closing is 9pm. The service is always subpar. The food is good and we only show up quarterly so we tolerate the horrible service

Frequent stop off after soccer games or after school to treat the kids a child sized frosty cone or cup. Only a few dollars for a refreshing treat. Staff was always friendly and the drive through a huge conveinence.

Great for a quick bite to eat when you’re on the go… Finish it off with the best icecream EVER! The Rocky Road Twister is my favorite and it NEVER disappoints! Service is always great — always polite and friendly younger adults. It’s great to see a company that is doing good for our community!

I would only come to Foster’s Freeze for the ice cream. I’ve had the burgers before and I am not overly impressed. Also, some of the employees mess around if they know someone(from high school or something I guess) I don’t know I guess it is just off putting. Oh and turning left out of that parking lot can seriously suck sometimes.

I have yet to go to Fosters Freeze in Rosamond without having to return my order to have it remade correctly. I do not think they understand what hold the cheese means. On my last trip I ordered a Boss combo, hold the cheese. Nothing major, no substitutions, just hold the cheese. After I had returned my order for the third time because of the cheese, I asked for my money back. The gurl behind the counter acted all indignant like I did something wrong. We may of had to put up with Foster’s employees attitudes when there was no other places in town but with all the other choices, I’ll go some place else!

I needed something sweet and stopped here for a treat! My first time to a Fosters Freeze we have DQ’s where I’m from. Got a Mint Oreo Twister(think Blizzard) was so good! Got a small which was huge but ate the whole thing! Husband got a peanut butter cup twister and enjoyed it. Looking forward to visits on hot summer days for some cool sweet treats!
