The Laundry Room Laundromat

The attendants are nice. The owners are complete idiots!!! Rude!, Unfriendly!, Ignorant!
There are children running all over the place — A «free-​for-​all» — completely out of control!
THAT’S ok with the owners. They don’t realize that all of the other people, walking through their doors are paying customers, bringing them business. They should have more respect for their customers and NOT the ones that bring their uncontrollable children! Here’s a tip: Don’t be so rude to your paying customers that come to your business every week, mind their own business and clean up after themselves. Take a good look around and see where the problems really are. JERKS!

You know I have been coming here for years and if this was 2 years ago my review would be one star– the place used to be a huge pain in the butt because nothing worked and it was really getting out dated– but I came because it was convenient only when i had to do big blankets and such to big for the washer I had at the time– and my nail place Is next door.
Now fast forward, the new owner had given it a facelift– there are new machines and much nicer décor so you dont feel like your in a dump. Now of course, the place isnt ULTRA GREAT but it is improved, and it is what it is– just good to do what your here to do.
Kelly one of the staff and her daughter are my favorite attendants they are like buddies so when I come here I always get big smiles and laughs. There is an older gentleman who is here at night sometimes he has a bit if an anger issue at times and can be scary to deal with but fortunately he is usually nice to me–
They lose a star for the limited parking and sketchy area that seems to be a hotspot for shenanigans and various crazies who live in the vicinity– but who cares its still better than ANY laundromat in New york city, and New York city is the best place on earth so thats how i see it …

The machines are clean and well maintained, and we have never had to wait to use them. They have free wifi and a big screen TV. And it’s CLEAN. Pete does a great job running the place Sundays.

Best laundromat in town! New owner is definitely fixing up the place, old owner did nothing. I usually use their drop off service but if I have time I’ll use their machines which is awesome now that they have installed new machines! The staff is very helpful and the place is always clean. Best part is that they now have a loyalty program for drop off customers, $ 10 off 11^th drop off. If you’re looking for a laundromat in Ronkonkoma definitely come here!

DO NOT DROP UR LAUNDRY OFF HERE! I’ve had several of my clothes stolen. In fact today I went to pick up my laundry (their last chance) and I had to go back after I unpacked it only to find yet again several things missing. I had to go back and when I threatened to call the police the woman there magically remembered where the rest of my clothes were. NEVER AGAIN WILL I TAKE MY CLOTHES THERE AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU!!! And to the owner u need to find new employees. Not the white trash that works there now!!!
