Red Lobster

Years ago this Red Lobster location used to be thriving. Now, this place has gone straight to hell.
Third time I’ve been back in years since the excellent food & service and let’s just say I am never coming back.
The food is undercooked, greasy, and just plain tasteless. You can tell they just heat up frozen crap and serve it as supposedly «fresh cuisine.»
Another issue is the pricing. Over the years the price has gone up and are now equal to the location in times square in NYC.
The create your own used to be $ 13.95 now for 2 it’s $ 19.49! And they upcharge you for crab legs! Why??? Ridiculous! For frozen prepared food I’ll pass!
This location better be careful because pretty soon I see them closing their doors for good. And no outside makeover, which they’ve done over the years will save this place!

Yum. It’s clean, food is good, wait staff is friendly. This seafood is better then some local seafood restaurants that charge twice as much. I’m a fan. :)

Absolutely terrible service by the kitchen & manager. Loved the waiter. I left with food poisoning.
I was dining there tonight and just now after puking for a good hour and considering going to the hospital, avoid this place. I’m going to report them to whatever agency there is once I’m diagnosed by a doctor.
Out of all 4 napkins and utensils on the table, all of them were covered in dried food and we’re not washed properly. The dried water marks and worn utensils disgusted my mother and I.
Our salad was absolutely dry for a Caesar salad. The lettuce and veggies were very warm actually, the cheese was stale and crumbling and those little bread squares were so hard to chew.
For the first time, I hated the biscuits. I was actually puking these. They were stale and not toasted. They were hard and cold. They didn’t even bother warning it up.
Our waiter was an absolute darling. He made great suggestions. The Shrimp Your Way was decent for the shrimp scampi but the coconut shrimp and fried shrimp wasn’t hot & seemed like it was just thrown onto a plate as if prepared before. It was deplorable.
If you want to get ill and remain puking all night please go to this Red Lobster. It won’t fail to disappoint you.

Nice, new and clean location. This place was buuuusy! Friday night at 9 and there was still a line. Even with the wait, it didn’t take long to be seated.
Service was good, food came out hot and fresh and it’s cheap!
Keep your eyes pealed as the turn into the parking lot comes quickly. If you miss it, take your first right and then right again into the back entrance :)

Starting from the hostess greeting to the waiter (Julie), everything was mediocre. The only thing that was good were the biscuits. Next time I’m going to a true seafood restaurant!

So the wife and I decided to grab a bite after work and red lobster was pulled outta the hat. After about an hour of appetizers and drinks our meal finally came. My dinner was on the verge of being very cold so I could only eat a small portion of it. My wife on the other hand enjoyed her meal aside from the wilted vegetables. Our waitress was polite and professional and Melanie the manager came over and made our night buy not charging for my meal and an appetizer. Any thoughts of not returning were eliminated by her gesture. Thanks Melanie. See you soon!!!

Extremely disappointed. It’s been so long since I’ve been to a Red Lobster and I was really looking forward to dining here. Unfortunately tat didn’t happen. I sat for 10 minutes at the table without even being greeted. Not even a glass of water was brought out. I finally just got up and left. There were 6 employees standing around at the host/​hostess desk and not one of them bothered to ask why I was leaving or acknowledged me at all. Unbelievable! I left and went to the restaurant next door and had a very pleasant meal with an amazing server to whom I left a well deserved 30% tip. Your loss Red Lobster. Beyond disappointed.

Horrible dining experience. It started with wilted lettuce in the salad, followed closely by flat, gummy cheddar and garlic biscuits.
I’ve made these biscuits at home, from a box mix. Mine are much better. I mean: made from a box mix, they’re much better.
Everything tasted like it had been microwaved and then left out under a warming lamp. The mushroom caps were old and disheveled. The broccoli was even dried out! We would have been better off (the food would have been just as good, if not better) if we had bought frozen entrees and appetizers from the grocery store.
The desert (comped) didn’t even rise above «ok». There were vast sections of actual ice in the ice cream. Plain vanilla should not be so crunchy.
The manager and waiter were very apologetic, and greatly reduced the charge. They still need a big dose of Gordon Ramsey, however.

Food is very good! I got one of the specials of the day. It was salmon topped with lobster. Very tasty.
Service was good as well. My waitress was attentive and patient.
Food came out in a reasonable amount of time.
Being that this red lobster is on the service road, try not to pass it! It’s on a one way road, so if you pass it, turning around could get annoying.

Wow, their biscuits are amazing! I could really just keep eating them for dinner! We were also seated within 10 – 15 minutes despite being told a 30 min wait. This location gets packed for dinner! They also have different course options/​packages and add-on’s so we can sample different dishes.
Sadly, the biscuits were the best part of dinner. I guess that’s what I get for picking steak at a seafood restaurant. Too much fat. Their medium-​rare was borderline rare. Their shrimp and lobster tail were decent but not memorable. Cheesecake did not taste right.

Definitely a 3.5. Came in for dinner as my boyfriend was in the area for work. I feel like once you’ve been in one Red Lobster you’ve been in them all hence it’s a chain. Nonetheless our server was definitely super friendly and attentive. We dined here during unlimited shrimp which I ordered. My boyfriend ordered fried shrimp and salmon. I was disappointed when our bread arrived and one of the plates was wet and a little dirty. I was also disappointed because the didn’t have any Malbec so I settled for Chardonnay. However the Cesar salad was ON POINT as always! I wish I could bottle up their dressing and use it at home.
The endless shrimp was good. Even though I’m not crazy about spicy food I really liked the shrimp with the habanero sauce. I wasn’t crazy about the grilled teriyaki. My boyfriend enjoyed his salmon and shrimp.
Overall, it was a pleasurable experience and I’d recommend it to others.

As usuaus the ffood was good and the service was excellent. We had a thirty minute wait not to bad. will definitely come again

Service was great, old fashioned made perfectly, biscuits were fantastic but the food was super salty! We have been on a really healthy kick lately but this was over the top!

Dom our server was great and the food was awesome as it always is. I love this location in comparison to the one in Lake Grove simply because it’s closer to home and doesn’t get as crowded… at least when I go. The only downfall and annoying part was there were flies flying around our food throughout our dining experience. It was just a little bothersome to have to keep trying to sway flies while eating. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal.

I really enjoying eating at this place, our waitress was amazing she came over a few times asking if we we’re ok, the food was so good, I tried the lobster bake with shrimp and mussels, the broccoli was yummy.

I haven’t been to any Red Lobster in years because the first time I went it was greasy and I’m really not a fan of these chain restaurants. But, I was totally impressed with this location, food, and service! We went with another couple last Sunday evening. We were seated promptly and our waiter was upbeat and personable. They have a seasonal menu called Island Escape. We all ordered the «Island Seafood Feast». It had a perfectly cooked Lobster tail, crab legs, grilled shrimp and a scrumptious Coconut Shrimp with tropical glaze. We can’t forget the great cheese biscuits and salad that comes with the meal… Everything was very yummy, we were stuffed and enjoyed our meal. I give thumbs up to this chain and this location. Good work!

Busy location but then again every red lobster is but we manage to get a table in about 15 mins. Are waiter was very friendly and very active with us and the rest of their table. Food was delicious and came out out hot and fresh never had any service more perfect than that. I will definitely be returning.

My dad loves Red Lobster so we took him there for lunch yesterday. We were all happy with our food but we were more impressed with the service. Phil had helped us while we were there and he was VERY good. He was very enthusiastic and made our experience very enjoyable.

Butter butter everywhere I got a steak and lobster tail and the steak was almost pure butter the food was not good the drinks and services on the other hand are fantastic

When one visits a chain, one expects less quality and service than an individual proprietor. At this location, the food is the highlight. Restaurant staff were more interested in talking to each other than making sure water glasses were full or that every detail of the dining experience is being met. Despite a sparse crowd, their sense of pace was wanting. The entrée came out before the appetizers were done.

Ordered the Admirals Feast and everything was raw!!! If I wanted raw fish I would have gone to a Sushi place. Absolutely disgusted I will never eat here again!!!

Red Lobster is clearly a chain. However, it’s a step above Applebee’s and Fridays etc. The food is very good. The warm biscuits they serve as an appetizer are famous for being so delicious. On my recent visit I had snow crab legs. This came with a salad and overall left me feeling very full. The only complaint is I enjoy my crab meat right out of the pot and warm. It wasn’t as warm As I enjoy, but still taste decent. I’d def go again.

Love seafood and so does my son. A bit pricey when just 2 people costs over $ 75.00 for a meal and one is a kids meal but the food is good and the waiter was really nice. We ordered extra lobster tails with our meals so that was the extra cost but we will be back. My son loved looking at the lobsters in the tanks before we were sat. The wait was not long at all and the place was very clean.

It had been a while since we went here, so my daughter and I decided to come here after her dance recital. The wait was very long (close to an hour, as it always is when we come here). We were finally seated, and the waiter was friendly. I ordered the 4 course special they were having, for the price it was OK, but not great. It came with soup and salad (which was fine) but the entrée was a little lacking and the dessert included the smallest brownie I have ever seen. My daughter ordered a half portion of sea food and pasta. The waiter accidently put it in as a full portion, but did not charge us for it, which was a good thing. It was way more than she could eat (good for her) but honestly, I would think again before I chose a $ 15 special. Not worth it, go for the better things on the menu at regular price.

Not a bad place for a chain restaurant (and who could knock the cheddar garlic biscuits). I stopped in here to get a gift card for a Christmas gift. While it was a longer time to get it than I would have liked (I wanted to get in & get out), the hostess did manage to get the person at the bar to come help me after I waited a moment and no one had taken the transaction. In my experience, this place did get a little crowded if you didn’t have a reservation but overall, it was okay.
