We have dined there many times and we love it there. The food portions are generous and delicious the service is amazing. The wait staff is well trained and friendly. One of our favorite places to go, even on Free Pie Wednesday. We have never had a bad experience there.

We have eaten here several times(according to Unilocal!I have 4 check ins) and they have gotten progressively worse each time. Bad: Last time the men’s room needed to be cleaned but the food was good. This time, Sunday at 11:30am, the men’s room was outhouse NASTY. I don’t think that it had been cleaned since Friday. My wife said that the women’s was the same. I mentioned it to CJ the manager and he had the men’s cleaned but they placed a lit candle in there. Pretty sure OSHA would not like and as a parent of a boy that will play with fire, I REALLY don’t approve. Good: The salads are huge and yummy. My wife and I told the server that we wanted to split one. Most places will put on two plates or bring out another. Not here. Why?

Just left after sitting there for 15 minutes with no service but 6 different staff within a few feet of us… too bad… they weren’t very busy.

I was really looking forward to trying the food here, so my wife and I decided to use their curbside pickup. All restaurants that I have used the curbside pickup for actually bring the food out to your car, which was not the case here. But that is none of my business. After getting home and digging in, I discovered that the bread on my beef dip was completely blackened on the inside(see pic) making it unpalatable. My wife’s Louisiana sirloin stake was a smidge above moving, and not even in the general direction of medium rare. She also said that it tasted like a previously frozen steak. The small slice of peach pie I tried was made from canned peaches and the crust was soggy and tasted salty. My daughter had the same pie and spit it out on the first bite. I don’t know if I could muster up the courage to waste another $ 60 giving O’Charly’s another chance, and if you are not a fan of culinary disappointment, I would suggest going somewhere else. *Update: O’Charleys reached out to me regarding my bad experience and wanted to make it up to me by sending some gift cards to give them another chance. The guy I spoke with, Jason, told me he was mailing them out that day. I waited an entire week and received nothing. I followed up with the rep who had emailed me and told me they had mailed it out five days prior and I should be receiving it shortly. Never got it. This goes to show that the incompetence stems from the lower levels and permeates the organization on upwards to corporate. I was going to give them another chance but they dropped the ball and blew it again! Thanks for nothing.. .

Came here with my boyfriend, where he met my dad for the first time. Hahaha, dun dun duuuun! The meeting went great, and O’Charley’s was awesome. I want to thank our waiter Ethan. He was a really friendly and helpful guy. The food and drinks were well made and didn’t take a century to come to our table. This was my first time at an O’Charley’s by the way. After a horrible dining experience the night before at Applebee’s– all I have to say is: Can you guys please stay open later??? Keep up the good work! :)

Had lunch here with a friend. The presentation of the food and the service was not good, but it was inexpensive and had a free piece of pie.

I had good service while at this O’Charleys, but I ordered the tilapia and without the rice pilaf substituted for extra broccoli. My tilapia was just above the label of bland, and my pieces of broccoli were extremely too large to eat, they had to be cut in thirds, ad were not cooked well at all. But it was $ 10 so I guess you get what you pay for.

We’ve only been there once so far, but Wow. The place was packed so we had to wait 20 minutes for a table but the food, and service made up for it. The waitress was attentive, even the manager checked on us a couple of times. My Brit Hubby said the fish and chips was wonderful, and my Au Jus steak sandwich was the best I’ve ever had. The steak was so tender, and the au jus was proper meat dripping — not the typical bullion cube soup you get at a well known sandwich chain. The strawberry lemonade was delish, and we both loved the spinach dip. We’re definitely going back again very soon.

Finally, one of our favorite chains has made it to our hometown! We got hooked on O’Charley’s many years ago when we lived in Knoxville, TN and used to frequent this place after church for the champagne brunch(after all, we had just been to church so we were ready to start sinning all over again for a new week!) Haven’t tried brunch here, but I was in the mood for a steak and it was cooked perfectly as I ordered it – Pittsburgh with a black crunchy outside and bloody inside. Delicious! Service was excellent – pretty young blonde waitress who couldn’t have been a natural blonde because she was so good at what she did(sorry I forgot your name, honey.) Greeters were especially friendly and welcoming too. Overall, we had a wonderful night out, with food and service at the level we had come to expect in Knoxville and in Carrollton, GA too. Caramel pie was irresistible as always. Don’t forget that they offer free pie on Wednesday nights – another good reason to go to O’Charley’s after church in Rome! And our church is across the street! I commend corporate for keeping the quality and service consistent in their newest franchise.
