Taco Bell

Definitely the friendliest staff of any Taco Bell I’ve been too but their food really varies. The nacho cheese is sometimes way too spicy and yet today it was beyond bland. The meat usually disgusts me yet today it was tasty. The inconsistency has me undecided about returning but the service gets me coming back… That and my kid who begs for it.

This location is NOT CLOSED! Unilocal, you need to VERIFY these reports before you wreck someone’s business! I just went there for lunch today. May not be the fastest drive thru but you get a mint & a wet towelette in your bag. I’ve never seen another fast food chain do that. Very friendly service!

I’m a huge TB fan and have visited several locations when it’s more convenient. This is hands down the best location. In over 15 years they have never once messed up my order and have always been extremely nice. They even give you wet naps and mints in the drive thru.
If you’re going T-​Bell, might as well do it right.

It is fast food, but they are skimpy on the meet. I ordered my son a chicken quesadilla, and there was no visible chicken. I then asked for a new one, and once again it looked like there wasn’t any on it. Same goes for my chalupas.

This is the friendliest Taco Bell you will ever go to. Everything’s always right, fresh and timely. Awesome every time.

I think I just took a Smothered Burrito in my pants. I just tried Taco Bell’s best new item & it was awesome.
I usually go to the Taco Bell in Palatine but I enjoy coming here as well. The one in Palatine was supposed to be open till 4 a.m. but they would close at 3:15 a.m. & it would always be so annoying trying to ask the drive-​thru workers why they were closed. They always pretended like they didn“t see you. However this Taco Bell would always stay open till 4 a.m. & would be my favorite late night fast food destination.
The drive-​thru staff here has always been friendly & I have never had a problem with them messing up my order.
Overall Taco Bell tastes like Taco Bell. The food is good at 4 a.m. & the staff here is nice & doesn’t mess up the order. I would eat here again if I was in the area & in the mood for some late night fast food.

1000% best service of my life. I ordered a large meal for my family and didn’t think to check the bags when I got them. Well I drove out of the drive thru and into the road to get stopped at the red light. As I was sitting there I saw a Taco Bell man flailing his arms and running to my car. I rolled down my window and to my utter shock he had come just to hand me my burrito that they forgot to put in the bag. That was the only thing I ordered so he literally saved my dinner! Thank you sir if you are reading this, I will never forget that amazing act of kindness!!!

This is a GREAT Taco Bell! Seriously! Their food is always fresh, they give awards for answering trivia questions correctly, and their staff is always friendly. Highly recommended!

I love the people there so nice

There was a time when Taco Bell was my favorite fast food. I liked it so much, my first job was working part-​time at the one in Schaumburg while I was in high school.
Today, I still enjoy stopping by and having a meal at Taco Bell. Fortunately, the frequent cravings for this crap has subsided. Within the past year, when I feel the urge, this is where I find myself ordering from the most.
Tonight, I had the opportunity to dine at an authentic Mexican restaurant, Señor Taco, which is literally within walking distance from this Taco Bell’s location. I’ll have to savor that experience for another time. I was too lazy to venture outside my comfort zone this evening. Pathetic excuse, I know!
I don’t like the new menu. It’s colorful with too many pictures. One may think it’s designed for the illiterate. I have a hard time locating what it is that I’m craving for.
I decide on the #8 which are three hard, soft or both shell tacos and a drink. As far as fast food places go, this is the only one that offers all four food groups in every item I order. That’s how I justify passing the McDonald’s across the street and paying a little more for something «healthy».
