Just finished a one hour massage with Gloria. Just the right amount of pressure for my sore muscles and back. Great atmosphere and accommodating staff. Go there and you’ll be completely satisfied.

I just realized I have been a member here for about 4 years! I honestly don’t know how I survived without massages before. I found my perfect therapist – Pamela – and I look forward to my monthly massage. It’s the «me time» I need.

Pamela is amazing!!! If u want a great sports massage and some re-​alignment I highly suggest her. She is not for the meek and weak.

It is difficult to book appointments since they do not answer the phone. The massages are inconsistent once you do get in to see a therapist. Sadly both my husband and myself signed up here and we have had to wait out the year to get out contract. A costly mistake.

Barbara is the best! She keeps me in tip top shape in terms of warding off severe tension headaches that I suffer from.

I highly recommend Sylvia. She is an excellent therapist. The staff and service at this location is also great.

I’ve been a regular client of Sylvia at the Massage Envy in Rolling Hills for over a year now and she provides world class professional massage services. Her experience and technique allows her to find your tension points and provide the proper pressure and touch to relieve knots and reduce the discomfort of sore muscles from overuse or chronic pain. She can even recommend how to change your habits to reduce muscle pain and tension everyday. She has a God given gift of being able to tell where you are carrying your tension just by her touch. I feel so blessed to have found her and I hope you are able to find her services as beneficial as I have.

Had an amazing male therapist. His name was isiah. Super professional. Went in with low expectations and a stiff back. I was in considerable amount of pain. Came out with zero pain – I couldn’t believe it stopped. I totally recommend him!

Hello, I’m Linda & I have been going to this location for 3 yrs now. The staff & massage staff are A1 class. The place is very relaxing and clean. I can always expect a wonderful relaxing massage when I go there… Thank you Ladie’s for taking my stress away…

Maya was amazing!!! She will work on those knots her pressure is firm and she will gradually get them worked out.

Absolutely loved this massage envy! It was the best massage I’ve ever had and I get at least 5 a year. Visit Gabriel if you ever visit this location! The customer service was great and they were very informative! I didn’t feel any pressure to sign up for the membership, like I had felt at another location.

I don’t want to have to write this, but WTF and how are you in business? Scheduled an appointment for husband, gave them my CC Info to hold the spot, and then apparently got a call back saying «oh sorry Mariam’s having car trouble so we are gonna cancel your appointment.»
I wonder if the owner of this franchise knows how terrible this place is. I’d be appalled to know my staff behaves this way and so embarrassed.
Not to mention, I had to call like 5 times because no one answered. Then finally when someone did, she was smacking her food or gum while talking to me. Thanks for that. I mean, I can tell you don’t give a s*** about your job.
Anyway, we are local and that’s why we decided to try this place. Will just stick to Terranea. You get what you pay for.
So in short; save yourself the trouble and skip this place. I’m sure you can find better on Groupon

I have been a member at the Rolling Hills store for years. The massages are always wonderful, but their whole staff goes way beyond the normal customer service.
I’ve moved to Colorado, but I will visit when I’m in town!

This place is a rip off, customer service is horrible, will never come back again. The membership is not worth it, don’t fall into their trap.

Horrible costumer service. I made my appointment over the phone and was told my massage would be $ 75 for a 90 min massage. I spent 45 min of my time driving here, and once I arrived they told me the cost would actually be $ 175!!! Because I was not a member. WTF!!! I would never become a member of this type of establishment.

Warning– members pick a different location. Ended up leaving more wound up and stressed then when I had arrived! Total waste of my monthly massage. This is not was I signed up for.
Showed up at 10:29 for a 10:30 appt. Was told that it was my mistake that I hadn’t arrived earlier to fill out paperwork and that this would result in cutting into my massage time. I asked the receptionist if I should come back later and she told me they had no time for me and to just hurry up.
Was rushed into a «quiet room» adjacent from the regular waiting room that was the size of a closet. Hurried through my «paperwork» that ive already filled out before. I brought the paper work to her by 10:35, and explained to her that when I made the appointment I gave them my member number. Told me she didn’t know I was a member and to have a seat the specialist would be with me. It was raining outside, and all they had to offer was ice water. When I got hot water out of the dispenser all the wax melted off the cup into the water, yuck! I’ve been to other massage envy’s that will offer you hot tea to help you relax before your massage. They do not have that in this noisy closet they call a «quiet room».
At 10:45 the therapist finally came to get me, by the time he went over what I wanted to focus on and the massage began it was 10:55. I asked him to focus on my neck and he spent about 1 minute there and most of the massage was focused on my hands and feet. He ended the massage at 11:20 to recap the massage with me. Told me the reason he didn’t focus on my neck was because I should upgrade to a 90 minute session to focus on specific areas.
When I went to the receptionist and told her my massage was very short she again said it was my fault for not arriving early. Usually when I make an appointment time it’s because that’s the time I can arrive. Every other massage I’ve had the time started once the massage actually began not when I walked through the door.
Massage Envy should audit this place to ensure they live up to the level of quality that their customers expect. Rather go back to the 10 dollar foot massage place after thus experience!

Inconsistent level of service. Don’t lock yourself in to a membership on the first visit!
Had very negative experience on 2^nd visit resulting in extended period of pain. The therapist seemed to think she knew how to treat carpal tunnel syndrome. She aggravated it immensely. She ignored my expressions of pain throughout the session as though she knew what was best for me. She jokingly called me «baby», and I didn’t find that humorous or professional. The management and franchise owner Jill didn’t seem interested in my business and basically just blew it off.
On a positive note: First visit with Maribel in 2012 was good and I certainly recommend her if you decide to go there.

The customer service at the Rolling Hills Estates location is top-​notch. The staff go the extra mile to make sure that the clients receive the highest level of service. All of the staff were very welcoming and created a relaxing atmosphere for the clients in the mini-​zen room.
I had a year long membership to Massage Envy that I received as a gift. Barbara was professional and great to deal with every time! She gets booked days in advance, so I recommend calling to make an appointment with her.
