I took my daughter for beginning piano lessons. Our experience was truly a disappointment. The class size was large, and the teacher’s English was HORRIBLE. My child couldn’t understand anything the teacher said. The children mostly goofed around, not learning. After several requests to see the manager, there was never a response. So all in all, this place is a total rip off.

I’ve been here multiple times and have to say the staff and selection of music books are amazing. Very knowledgable people as well as passionate and caring about music. Definitely will be back again. Thanks to all the great staff including Bianca!

Honestly, so disappointed. We rented here for my daughter’s elementary instrumental music classes. When we returned her instrument we were told the instrument was in perfect condition, and our security deposit would be returned in 1 – 2 weeks. We since got a call saying we were getting 100% back. That didn’t happen. I’ve left 3 messages with no response. I couldn’t recommend renting here.

Both my children have been taking music lessons from AMuse since they were little and in the Mommy & Me program. There is so much information and evidence that music enriches a child’s mind. Amuse is the only place I go to to purchase instruments and take lessons. They can even find you that odd piece of sheet music. Great teachers! Great for group classes and private lessons. The teachers are very knowledgeable and experts in their field. Very kind and patient and I have always found it easy to fit lessons in to match with my kids schedules.

Both my daughters have taken/are taking music classes here and they both really enjoyed themselves. The teachers are very patient and make sure that they are actually learning how to play an instrument. We also bought a guitar here and I felt the price was pretty fair. My only complaint was that on day one of my oldest daughter’s guitar lesson there were not enough students so she got bumped to the 4pm which was fine but no one ever called us to let us know so we still showed up at 3pm. She did get a quick free lesson from the teacher but we already had plans so we could not wait til 4pm that day. I would recommend AMUSE to others for lessons still though.

When i was younger I attended AMUSE for drumming lessons as well as guitar lessons. The teachers are all very patient and are amazing at what they do. They also teach in a way that is fun and a way for all children to understand. I always tell friends and family who have young children that want to learn how to play an instrument to go to AMUSE. The prices are affordable. My nephew is taking piano there right now and the piano teacher is SO nice and has taught my nephew so much! Sign your kids up today! I promise you won’t regret it!

Amuse is a true community business.(Full disclosure — I work there, but I really believe it.) It’s so impressive how intertwined and helpful they are with the surrounding school districts. It’s great to see a community give music education its rightful place. This place really does deserve your support if you are in the area.

I worked at Amuse for 5 years teaching trombone. They have great teachers and great staff. If you get a teaching gig here, keep it!

Amuse is cool. Mainly for kids to take guitar and band instrument lessons, but the place is well staffed. They really have a great staff, including excellent guitar teachers! I took guitar there in high school and it helped me take off. I tried piano lessons later and that didn’t go to well, cuz my teacher was too busy hitting on PV moms. I mainly go for the basic guitar items. My sister used to go for clarinet reeds. I wouldn’t buy an instrument there but I encourage supporting Amuse, it is very important to keep. Go Hugh! You are the best guitar and mandolin tech!
