Crabtree & Evelyn

Today I went into this location and of course I got there because I love the products but the sales woman had no personality and completely stuck up. I asked them which fragrant of lotion do they enjoy the most and they stood there looking at me like I was dumb. They try to hard to up sale you, what I was buying was enough expensive. They were just really rude, following me around a tiny store like I was going to steal something. Give me my space so I can check out the lotion scents and what not and maybe I would buy more but I felt hurried to get out of there. It was just a really bad vibe and it was mid day and they decided to stock their shelves so I had to maneuver around all the boxes, you should stock in the am or at night when the store is slow. Bad experience but it is the only Crabtree and Evelyn near me so I guess I should either order online or stock up and go in there as least as possible.

I love this Crabtree & Evelyn Store. It’s the closest to me and the few remaining in business. They always have polite sales people and when it’s a sale, It’s a sale! You can get all your bath and body goodies and stock them up.
My complaint is that there products are pretty pricey. When its a sale, it’s so worth it but then you think where is the value of the stuff when you run out of a lotion and has to pay full price to the item.
Another complaint is that they don’t honor their websites prices anymore. Which is also a bummer. :-(
