Domino’s Pizza

Hot pizza, fast delivery!!! As I was on the third floor watching the computer still showing checking for quality, delivery man at the door ringing my doorbell. Always speedy delivery from the Rolesville Domino’s location!!! Way to go!!!

I don’t know what all the negative comments or scores are, but we always receive great service from the Rolesville Domino’s Pizza. It’s hot, tasty and on time. In the past 4 years that we have been ordering from them, they only made 1 mistake and they made up for it by giving us the food free. We also received a coupon for a free 1 topping large pizza. Good business. Down the way on the same strip is Rosilini’s. They messed up our order on several times — I had to argue with them to get it done correctly… then they never said sorry or offered us compensation. Bad business.

For a chain pizza the Rolesville Dominos does a great job. They are ALWAYS courteous. The delivers are very timely and the delivery people friendly and helpful.

The Pizza has gotten much better with their new recipes. The sandwiches are GREAT. But the service and delivery experience is the worst!
I ordered online. I called and requested Parmesan and and Red Peppers 12 minutes after the order started — I could tell because they have a cool online order tracker. The person I spoke with said the Pizza was ready and he put the condiments with the Pizza. The Pizza was then delivered 26 minutes later. We live about 7 minutes away. The Pizza was cold. The chicken wings did not have sauce. They shorted us on dressing for the wings. The PIzza has been consistently cold when delivered. The food is good but it is very disappointing to have to put fresh delivered Pizza in the microwave to have hot Pizza. We have ordered often from their lately because the food is tasty but the service is so poor. They often miss items. We get Pizza with almost no sauce. It’s made wrong. Very disappointing. I give it 2 stars because the food has such potential but the service is consistently poor.

They are the only chain pizza joint that delivers to my home. I much prefer Anzio’s or Papa Johns but Dominos always fits the bill when I don’t want to drive. :)

The pizza was good. The guy who took my order was rude. I think I somehow inconvenienced him by placing an order. He was very short with me and got more and more irritated with each item I ordered. I was thankful when I ordered my last pizza. Additionally, he did not listen as I gave him my address and got that wrong. The poor delivery guy persevered and finally found me. I was surprised to receive such poor customer service from this restaurant. They should really train their employees to be nice to their customers on the phone.
