Storage Solutions – Rohnert Park

Rodney at Storage Solutions is super rude and not helpful. Had several questions about moving out, giving notice and paying my final bill. He was not able to answer my questions and was very condescending. I was surprised by how unprofessional he was. He told me he didn’t care if I left a bad review because it «doesn’t matter.»

My unit was robbed in only 45 days. I wouldn’t trust anything here. Family heirlooms are now missing because this place isn’t secure. I wish I knew.

They were so helpful with everything. Ryan was great with getting in touch with me when it came to moving my stuff out. Highly recommend this place if you need a clean storage unit. Easy to navigate, clean, and great great customer service, not to mention the prices are low!

I’ve been using this storage unit for around three years and have always been impressed with the customer service and the simplicity of the whole process. Getting into a unit was easy and have been very happy with all the upgrades the new ownership has taken on. I appreciated receiving letters about the changes they would be making and how the suggested covering the stuff in our units so any construction dust didn’t damage whatever we have in storage. They have a new staff member, Ryan, who seems totally on top of his game as well. Apparently there has been a few issues with the new gate and upon going today, I witnessed a very angry man yelling at Ryan about it, and was amazed at how well he handled it. He was calm, still friendly, and got all of us into the lot within a few moments. Plus, he was supposed to be on his lunch! I would rather deal with mechanical issues on a gate than no gate at all, so I don’t think it’s right to get so upset over something that isn’t the staff’s fault. I hope they’re able to get the gate issue worked out before Ryan has to deal with any more rude people. I highly recommend this place and if they’re still doing referral bonuses — you should tell them April L. sent you ;)

I’m very impressed with the upgrades this facillaty has made since the change in ownership. I have had my unit for 2 years, i just recently closed my unit because i am moving and no longer need it, i called to close the unit and was informed that I needed to give 10 day notice. I did not know that they helped me fill out the paperwork and worked with me on the dates so that I wouldn’t be charged for a month I didn’t need.
they have this new system so that they email you reminders so that you dont get late fees

I needed a place to store my daughter’s stuff while she came home for the summer and this was a clean, secure, economical option. The staff were helpful and friendly. The facility is not fancy but the price is right. I will definitely reserve space here again.
