This is one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Went in, no one in line, and had to get the girl at the register’s attention because she was just on her phone. When I asked what cookies they had because there were no labels in the case, she responded «we have whatever’s in there.» Wow thanks, don’t go out of the way to do your job or anything. Not to mention, all trash cans were overflowing and almost all of the sugar and milk containers at the counter were totally empty. Maybe it was just the girl that «helped» me, but it seemed like you’d be hard pressed to find people that care less about their jobs than this staff. Very disappointing.

This location in Rohnert Park, probably is the most consistent with their drinks out of all the others! The pretty blonde woman that works the drive thru is always super nice and gorgeous to boot!

I hate to post this because I love the taste of Starbucks coffee and there are some great employees here BUT it is Sunday at 3:20 in the afternoon and I just left with my drink after literally waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes! There were4 cars ahead of me. That is ridiculous and to top it off, my iced drink was made hot and I had to wait for them to remake my drink! If they had offered to give me the hot drink as some consolation for the wait, I would have gladly accepted but apparently they preferred to throw it away. Waste of food, huge waste of my time! They need to look at their staffing to provide better service at this location! I did not recognize any of their regular employees who normally do a good job! I have experienced super long waits previously on Sundays before today.

Super Starbucks Fan here! Nice location to stop by while we were sight-​seeing Sebastopol. They didn’t make my drink right the first time but were nice enough to fix it. The tables and chairs need to be cleaned, as well as the floor needed some sweeping. The staff were friendly and provide good customer service. The bathroom was in need of some cleaning and sweeping. Quiet ambiance. Still a nice place to get some Starbucks!

I was in this Starbucks eating a breakfast sandwich and drinking one of their bottle drinks. When I was leaving, I was looking for a place to recycle my glass bottle, but they only have a single source trash. I had never noticed the lack of recycling at this iconic coffee chain. What happens to the millions of tons of waste produced by Starbucks? It’s a shame if it’s all going to landfills.

Thank You Starbucks for staying open until 11 p.m. I love working from a coffee shop late at night because I might accidentally fall asleep if I try to work from home that late. Also unexpected bonus at this location– hot police officers.
They definitely maximized available seating when they designed this location (small store) you won’t find any comfy chairs or living room furniture of any kind– its basic café benches and tables.

I get hot chocolate here and my girl gets coffee but the last time i got a grande hot chocolate it was a little more then half full. This time both ours was a little less then half empty. insult in injury hot chocolate was really oily.

Great drive through customer service in the am however in the afternoon most food is cleaned out. This has happened a couple of times. It’s so disappointing but good tea.

I go to Starbucks every morning. Without fail. Today I’m in Rohnert Park and this store is wretched. The lady at the register walks away in the middle of your order. She also doesn’t know the basics of the drinks (i.e. What a red-​eye is). When you mention to a manager that they have the wrong person on the register for as busy as they are, they treat you like you don’t know what you’re talking about and defend their actions. Guess what? I DO know what I’m talking about. I worked for two incredibly busy stores as a shift supervisor. You never walk away from a customer in the middle of their order.

What service! I walked in and one of the baristas says «I like your shirt!» That’s a big compliment for me. It’s my business shirt that I designed myself. She probably liked the color but hey, it’s a compliment.

Keeps up the consistent service at Starbucks demand, but just not a fan of this location. Couple homeless guys seem to make this the regular spot, and although there’s a cozy sofa the company can take away from it. Not the biggest interior either.

I made an order about 15 minutes ago for a green tea latte at this Starbucks. They just threw the powder in there and didn’t mix it up all. It doesn’t take more than 10 seconds to stir it up before you hand it to a customer. This is the worst drink I’ve ever received from them.
