We go to cold stone ALL the time. We always get the same thing. Cake batter remix. Yummmm. We usually go to the one in Santa Rosa(next to Safeway). They have AWESOME customer service! This one, not so much. We stopped by because we were in the area, ordered our ice cream and they began making it. The girl making it commented to a coworker how she wasn’t excited to make it since she couldn’t eat it. After she put it in our to go thing, I noticed she left about a scoop on the board. After she rang us up, we watched her put it in a little bowl, grab a spoon, and go to the back! Super rude!!!(This was Sunday 5⁄10 around 6 – 7) good going on customer service…

Always so consistent and delicious I don’t know how they could be bad, but this place is always awesome service. Young guys I was there make sure he you’re having a good time and are in a good mood, and generally over scoop! Decent seating space inside and a couple outside for those nice hot summer night. Mostly college crowd here

Awesome workers and delicious icecream. You definitely get what you pay for and some. I believe the names of the friendly workers that night I went in was Junior and Paul Henry? Anyway, great environment and when I’m in the area again I will definitely make sure to stop by there again !

Ordered an ice cream cake for my kids birthday. Person behind the counter was friendly and answered my questions without rushing. Confetti sprinkles with red velvet cake and yellow cake mix ice cream. Sooo good! Their Oreo cake or chocolate mint cake is amazing also. Mmm…

Hard to write this because I do enjoy cold stone from time to time… but I showed up a little after 9 pm, hoping my go-to open late ice cream place would be open only to find them closed at 9. Apparently they have winter hours that are not up to date on their website. Really bummed. Came in to partake in the kzst creepy creation promotion which I wouldn’t normally do and probably won’t again. Bummed without dessert tonight…

Mmmmm… Coldstone. Always a favorite when it comes to an ice cream shop, even if it’s kinda pricey. Been to this location many, many times and generally always have a good experience. Sometimes the employees are slow or didn’t make my ice cream 100% correctly, but all in all I still love this place and will always come back.

I loveeee cold stone. This place is so nice. I didn’t like the skinny vanilla ice cream and my boyfriend just asked if they can make me the same thing but with cheese cake ice cream instead, not only did they do it.. . They made it a bigger size. It was really nice and I left really happy because of their great customer service.

Are U getting the CORRECT amount of change from ur purchase @ the Rohnert Park location? U MUSTCHECK ur change before leaving the register! I’ve been shorted $ 2.00 on numerous occasions! If u hv been or do get shorted, u should report it via their website. ALWAYS ask for a receipt too!

Cold stone is usually my go-to place for ice cream for whatever city I’m in: Tahoe, Sacramento, etc. The employees are very friendly, great attitudes at work and«accidentally» made our ice cream a size to big. This is a mistake no one should complain about. Great ice cream, easy location. 5 stars

The ice cream is good but the service is awful. Just went last night and it was dead so I expected to get helped quickly, especially with two people behind the counter and only one couple in front of us. The couple was asking about favors and the guy behind the counter proceeded to spend five excruciating minutes explaining«the base» of every single flavor there without even acknowledging our presence. His coworker just stood next to him, smiling at the customers oblivious to the fact that we had hot take-out in our hands and were obviously waiting to be helped. We ended up leaving. Hopefully these high schoolers can learn a little bit about customer service before they’re left to man an ice cream shop on their own on a Friday night.

Cold Stone is… good. I mean isn’t any ice cream good? But honestly, they are overpriced and I would much rather support a local business. I do like how they mix in everything, but .75 for each topping? That’s not really a good deal… Also, I find most of their flavors to be nasty. The cake batter tastes like sugar coated honey sugar chocolate sugar. Seriously. Bleh!

this isn’t a review on the product, cause all cold stones ice cream is amazing. i rarely Unilocal.but i just had to vent about this. so, as far as i was concerned, there is no reason to do «winter hours» because cold or freezing, people still want ice cream, including me. anyways, we show up at about 8:53pm tonight, and the ‘open’ sign is off, i still see workers in there so i pull on the door, sure enough, it’s locked. now, granted i understand that when their stupid«winter hours» sign says they close at 9pm, they close at 9. hence why i thought i could make it in time. wrong. apparently the closers on 12÷6÷11 felt the need to the lock the doors at least 7 minutes early(and who knows how long before that) and not even glance up when the locked doors banged together. i get it, you hate your job and you want to go home, but i have worked many retail jobs, and if i cant close my doors early, neither should you. so, still in craving of ice cream, we head over to baskin robbins across the the freeway, hey guess what, theyre open and half of rohnert park is in line. guess whos getting all your business cold stones? its all in the logic, and i just dont get yours. but hey, least i got some ice cream. and you got? hmm, a bad Unilocal and no sales after whatever time your employees decide to close up shop for the day.

Oh the joys of being a high-schooler again. I realize that everyone needs work and high school students are no different but whatever happened to the days of customer service? granted, I’m not visiting a Best Buy and seeking knowledge of an unfamiliar product, but can I at least get a smile and not feel afraid to ask to try a sample??? I always feel as if the boys could care less about their job other than flirting on their female coworkers, but the women seem to be attentive and handle customer’s well. regardless, I’m here to judge the food. The ice cream is good and options are BOUNTIFUL but a bit sweet on the amount of sugar going into the mixes. Like it, love it, gonna live without it.
