Everyone that works there is great, the beds are great and clearly well taken care of.

This salon is nice if you are a beginner to tanning or prefer basic beds. The beds are a bit outdated and as someone who is more accustomed to and much prefers Ergoline beds, I am sadly switching salons. The girls that work here are ALL so sweet and remember my name, which I appreciate. The prices here are pretty good and they always have good deals going on for lotions and tanning.
I don’t mind having to commit to six months for their lower price membership BUT I did not realize they require a 30 DAY NOTICE to cancel your membership, so I’m stuck for another month. I’m sure it’s in the contract I signed and it’s my fault for not reading it carefully, but I just find it a little silly.
Overall, I’d probably give this place 3 stars for their beds and the way their membership works BUT the girls that work there deserve 5 stars. If they ever upgrade their beds and get some Ergoline big beds, I will gladly return as I would rather give my money to a small business than the corporation I have switched to.

This place is awesome! They have the most welcoming and friendly staff and everyone is very knowledgeable, which a newbie like me can definitely appreciate. Not to mention, the prices are sooooo reasonable!!! This business is doing it right!

Fantastic customer sevice! The place is very clean and the prices are very reasonable. Tightwad Tuesday is the way to go to get tan! Shelly’s been doing my hair and pedicure for several years and I’ve always walked away happy and much prettier to boot!

This experience was a ton better than my first somewhere else. I have met all the people who work there and they are very approachable and knowledgeable about the process and how to keep it as safe as possible. I have gently gone from a pasty white to a light golden brown in less than a month painlessly.
I look forward to my private tanning bed get away daily.

The staff is friendly and super nice. Kind of an old building with older beds. A lot of college students come here, I like it because I get a student discount for a month pass. The pricing is really good in comparison to other tanning salons in the area. The beds do get really hot though because the fans aren’t very strong, especially on hot days so be sure to go in the mornings or late evenings in the spring and summer when it gets hot or you’ll get super sweaty.

Friendly staff, quiet ambiance, and decent prices. Ask about their student discounts! Never any wait time either. Tanning here has become my ten minutes of toasty solitude.

This review pertains ONLY to KELLY JACKSON. I had high hopes for this place after I contacted the business to inquire about their services. Kelly Jackson had a Groupon for a facial that I bought. I called her and left a message with the business and her cell phone. She returned my call a week later saying that she can’t accommodate any appointments on the weekends or week nights. I called a few weeks later to schedule an appointment but she did not pick up so I left a message on her cell phone and with the receptionist. No response. I called and left another message the following week. No response. I called again a few days later — no response. Groupon had to then step in but this also yielded no response. Although I received credit back from Groupon, I would never go to this place because it is associated with a horrible business person, Kelly Jackson.

I love this place! The staff are so friendly and take no time at all at learning your name which is such a great feeling! They also offer other services, like from Kelly «Waxer» Jackson, as I call her! LOL! A very professional group of ladies! Thank you!!!

I tanned at this salon for a few years. I was always a Sun club member as well. If i remember correct, it was about 30 a month for sunclub members. Tanning beds get you dark pretty fast (of course with the proper lotion). The owner Shelly is very nice and has always been great. The manager Taylor is also very sweet. always has a smile and is very nice. The only reason i do not tan their anymore is becasue i do not go to Rohnert Park very often so i had to change tanning salons. If i was still working in Rohnert park or lived close, i would still be a customer.

I have been going to Shelly for the last 5+ years to do my hair! She is absolutely amazing! I never leave disappointed, and my hair always looks better than I envisioned it would going in! She takes her time and makes sure you’re happy! I could not say enough wonderful things about Shelly and her staff!

A girl that worked at the front desk offered me a six month contract. I’m not normally one to sign up for ANY contract, but the girl assured me that I could cancel at any time without a fee. The credit card machine was broken that day, so the girl told me to go to the tanning bed and I could just sign the slip the next time I came in. She never showed me a contract, and I never signed one.
The next time I went there was a different girl at the desk, and I asked about the credit slip I was supposed to sign. At this point the girl also brought out a contract and was surprised that I hadn’t yet signed one. I asked again to make sure I could cancel it at any time if I changed my mind, moved etc. and she said no. At this point I decided to just do a month-​at-​a-​time, and the girl refunded the money and said not to worry, that the contract she just had me sign was null and void and «it would be taken care of».
This morning the owner leaves a voice mail on my cell phone essentially calling me a liar! She said, «I find it hard to believe that you weren’t informed of the terms of the contract as it was written on the contract you signed». I tried to explain to her that I had never seen the contract until the second time that I came in, at which point I was already being charged the price that contract dictated. She began yelling at me on the phone, not letting me talk.
I have NEVER dealt with a business who’s owner was as rude as this woman was. Sometimes employees are new and get confused with all the different contract options and terms, I get it. But work with me. Instead she called me at 10am and called me a liar. This became so complicated I was almost going to stick with the contract until this horrifying experience with a business owner calling me at home to harass me about a damn contract.

This place is as good as it gets. Friendly staff, nice products at a reasonable price, and clean, hot beds. The bulbs are changed often, unlike majority of the tanning salons in the area. The rooms are always sterile and I’ve watched the girls clean the beds– they are very thorough. The price for unlimited is amazing. I highly recommend this establishment.

I have been going to this salon for my nails for quite some time. Nicole is wonderful. She does a great job with colored and glitter acrylic nails as well as the usual stuff. Give her a try you won’t be disappointed!
