Bland sandwich-tasteless bread and lots of lettuce. Together, they made up 80%of the sandwich. Surly cash-register employee. They made my sandwich bwfore I finished ordering! Which would be great. but I didnt get any pickles, mustard, etc. Will not be back.

Not a place to go for a good sandwich. They don’t do any hot or toasted sandwiches. Only one kind of cheese… Provalone and it costs extra to have it on your sandwich. How weird is that? One kind of cheese? Anyhow it is also pretty pricey. I ordered a «gargantuan» sandwich with cheese. They said those have double meat on them. It was pretty pathetic. 2 slices of turkey, 2 pieces of bacon and a little cheese for $ 11!!! I ate it, it was definitely a sandwich but that’s all I got to say positive about it. Then I went to Togo’s and got a real sandwich.

Been going to JJ’S(original one) since before this was a franchise. This one is as good as the original.

The sandwiches are much better when you get enough wet fixings on them so they aren’t dry. I discovered that’s the mistake that was leading to my underwhelmed experience. I prefer not to have the mayonnaise since it tastes fishy to me(but my guy loves it) so the«jimmy it up» sauces do the trick. We sit down but it seems like most customers are on the grab and go.

Bad corporate ethics, tasteless sandwiches and poorly trained employees. At least we didn’t get sick from eating there… (Edit) …eight hours later, yep foods not good.

We went here for the first time today and we’re not at all impressed. The bread was hard and tasteless and the sandwiches were very bland with limited choices. Another review compared this place to Subway. I am not that fond of Subway, but it is much better than this place was. We will not be going back again.

This is my first time going to this sandwich shop and I was less then impressed with the«Ultimate Porker» or a #17. The taste of the sandwich was good. The bread was great. The meat was good. The biggest problem that I had was that the sandwich lacked in substance. There was two pieces of bacon and 4 slices of ham in the sandwich. Then lettuce and mayo. I would put it at the same level of not a little less then subway. I would have expected more substance from a sandwich shop that shaw they make a gourmet sandwich. The sandwich shop in he shopping center behind(port o subs) is much better. My wife’s sandwich on the other hand, the«Italian Nightclub» was fantastic. Loaded with meat and fillings. If you go, I recommend that sandwich with the peppers. Not too spicy, great flavor. I’d like to give this shop another chance, but I don’t want to waste another $ 8 on the wrong sandwich.

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews? Today I realized our company had a commercial tech meeting and at 1:00 I needed sandwiches FAST for our 2:00 meeting. I called in and was told they could have my platter ready before 1:30! Ordering was easy and they take company checks. Got here right at 1:30 and the order was ready to go. We’ve ordered before and the sandwiches have always been fresh, great bread, yummy pickles, and everything on the side so the techs can decide what they want on their sandwiches. The employees are extremely friendly, offered to carry the trays to my car and opened the door for me. The customer service definitely keeps them high in my books. Thanks everyone for getting my order together quickly and accurately and for the smiles :)

Gourmet for a truck rest stop. These sandwiches are more on par with Subway but less choices: no pepper jack; bread choices only when you ask; no pastrami, no choice of fresh items. I’m only writing this review because they flaunt the word«gourmet». Gourmet if you’re in a North Korean gulag. When they’re actual gourmet sandwich abound like The Sandwich Spot, Ike’s Place and Lucchesi’s Deli this place is false advertising. You can get the exact same boring sandwich for half the price at Safeway.

This place just lost all my business. They deliver to my roommates yesterday but when I call them today they said my house was out of their range? They told me they deliver to Snyder and golf couse but I live in H Section… closer to their store than Snyder and golf course, but they wouldn’t deliver. DON’T DELIVERTOUSONEDAYTHENSAYWEARETOOFARTHENEXT! Seriously disappointed me and the guys I live with.

I don’t know what the other people are talking about, this place is awesome! The best sandwiches you will find at a «chain» type restaurant. I will definitely be back and there is no way they are out of business in 6 months to a year. Hope they open one in petaluma next.

Nothing to great here. Much rather have gone to Michael’s or port of subs. Just regular sandwiches. they are quick in making them though so that was good. But I won’t be back here.

Went there for the first time today and it will be my last. Not only are the sandwiches terrible, so was the customer service. I was waiting in line and most places I go to the cashier will say«I can help you over here» or «I can help you when you’re ready». This guy said nothing so I just assumed he was ready for me to order. I walked up to the counter and still no words from this guy. I ordered a #4(thinking you cant go wrong with a turkey sandwich) and asked for no tomatoes and with cheese. He said that it comes with cheese which took me by surprise because it was not listed up there and the menu said an extra $ 1 to add cheese. I just went with it and said«ok» and«that’s it». After another moment of silence I got my card out to slide. Not once did he tell me how much it was(I only knew by looking at the register). Then I awkwardly walked away not knowing what the heck just happened. After this experience I was hoping the sandwiches were going to be good at least. Unfortunately that was not the case. I have to say they do make sandwiches very quickly, but I am not sure if that is necessarily a good thing. They are definitely over priced for what you receive. The bread was decent, but the whole thing was ruined with all of the mayo they put on(and I like my mayonnaise but this was overkill). This place is a crappier version of Subway. Don’t waste your time or money.

Gourmet sandwich? Not really what I would consider gourmet. Some compare it to Togo’s or Subway, thats a good comparison, I personally think Togo’s & Subway make better sandwiches with more options. But, If you just want a quick, basic sandwich, and don’t mind spending a little extra $$ for it, this place will do the trick. The staff was good, helpful and the place was pretty clean.

The bread is tasty. The sandwiches really aren’t all that much to rave about. I like that they have day old loads of bread for a dollar. Overall it’s just ok.

After having friends rave about Jimmy John’s I decided to try the new one by me. I got a #10 Hunters Club. It was tasty but I would appreciate more of a cheese selection, provolone is the only option.

If your looking for Subway or Togo’s this is the place your looking for. The crew working was nice, but there is NOTHING gourmet about this place. All this place is a waste of $ 7.50. I’m not disappointed after looking up at there menu I knew what I was getting I should of just walked out and when the food it was worse then expected. Go to Michaels sourdough or even Safeway has better sandwiches. Probably explains why there was 5 employees and me at 4pm. This place will be out of business in 6 months to a year. No way this place makes it, Absolutely Impossible!

Jimmy’s is a newly-opened place next to the RP Safeway. After doing our shopping, we thought we’d see what a «gourmet» sandwich tastes like. We tried both a regular and a slim #4: turkey and cheese, the regular with all the trimmings(lettuce & tomato). While the bread was fresh, the cheese was missing from both; the turkey was processed; and both sandwiches together had the better part of a half-jar of mayonnaise in them. To top it off, the person on the cash register couldn’t figure out the change, shorting us $ 1 until I corrected him. We’ll be back – to Subway next time.
