I have used this family owned business for more than 12 years and have only ever had excellent service from them. My laundry has always been returned to me in a pristine state, at the time agreed upon. I have NEVER had shirts returned from them in a dirty state as the other reviewer claims. I do not believe the two negative reviews to be fair

I used to use this place years ago. Then it was sold. I planned on continuing to take my business there, but several times they weren’t open at the stated time. Took my business elsewhere. Recently I tried again. Had several items and was told it would take three business days. Asked if I could get them back in two, was told yes — but my ticket said three days. Ok. When I went to pick up my clothes, the place was not open — 15 minutes after opening time. Had to come back later in the day. Very frustrating.

I’ve never liked how people say, «zero stars if I could» but this place warrants that type of response. It is based on multiple trips here as well. My first time I brought in several shirts and when I picked them up and brought them home to put on for work, every single one was still filthy. I didn’t even remember leaving them there as bad as I got them back. I was shocked. Try somewhere else I know I will

This is a locally owned business that does an excellent job with dry cleaning and laundry. If you get the coupon and use from the local Community Voice newspaper in the Cotati/​Rohnert Park area gives you the best price for dry cleaning for shirts and pants and laundry price for shirts in the area. A little outside my normal review but most dry cleaning and laundry establishments have very high prices compared to what you can get here.
