Domino’s Pizza

Compelled to write this review solely due to the customer service experience that Alex brings to this location. I have been coming here for about a year now and every time I order it is through the Domino’s App. Alex consistently beats the estimated times the order will be completed and knows me by name. It’s amazing that he knows to leave the receipt on the counter for me to sign when I walk in because he knows when I will arrive. Thank you for always putting a smile on my face, man! Domino’s… you better promote this man fast because potential employers will be swooping him up before you know it! Cheers to you, dude. Thank you for always going above and beyond, Alex.

I give this place 5 stars because they deliver in the wee hours after midnight. That’s right. I ordered from this place at 1:30 am and was delivered my food in good time. Every time we’ve ordered the food has been consistent. I didn’t use to be a domino’s pizza customer but here are some easy favorites: stuffed cheesy bread with spinach and feta, chicken habanero sandwich, the crispy chicken bites with spicy jalapeño and pineapple. You can also get chicken penne in a baked bread bowl. The best part is you can order from your phone and the drivers are always nice.

The hand tossed pan run through their oven at the same speed as their regular crust doesn’t work. Add cheese and a topping on that and it’s a recipe for a for a hunk of dough. Our pizzas both showed up raw in the middle and along the bottom. Customer service was good. Got a full refund and besides the guy that tried to tell me is supposed to be raw in the middle, the others were really cool. I will order from this domino’s again, just not a hand tossed pan. Just a bad idea. Nothing really to do with the store or employees, more the franchise.

would have rated them better until i had a carryout the other night. website said it was ready to pick up, waited an extra 15 min, then proceeded to go get it. when i got there the clerk said hell check on my order, sat there for 10 min. another customer got angry and said he’d basically gone through the same experience. after another 10 min i finally said «cmon guys, ive been waiting here for 20 min for a pickup placed an hour ago.» they looked at me like deer in head lights and shuffled around a lil bit. handed me my order, drove off, but wait, it wasnt the right pizza AT ALL. turned around went back inside. saw me standing there with the pizza they just handed me and ignore me like im not there. after asserting myself a bit, i told them this wasnt the right order. the guy went to go check (this is the second clerk now, cause apparently the first thought it was a good time to take break during a rush) my order was about to be delivered to a different person. they finally handed me the right order. and merely said sorry. now if it was a simple mixup id understand but cmon, i was on the verge of just getting my money back and walking out. yes, i understand during a rush it gets crazy. yes, i understand that its mostly college kids who just want a check, but there needs to be some kind of supervisor there that can take the reigns when it gets crowded like that. these employees were like chickens with their heads cut off in there. i saw 4 people who verbally complained in the 20 – 30 min i spent inside. no bueno. ill give em 2 stars because though they have messed up my orders in the past, they usually get them correct 80% but still probably not going back for a while.

This Domino’s is ALWAYS fast, curteous, friendly, and everything turns out great!

Ordered pizza, cheese bread, and wings for dinner tonight. Pizza dough was raw in the middle it was disgusting and made me puke!

The food here has been declining for some time. The manager doesn’t seem to have much influence on what the employees are doing. Whatever you do, don’t order online as there’s a good chance you won’t get exactly what you ordered either. The Corporate office claims they’ve dealt with issues in this store before and that it should be getting better. Think again. We’ve moved on to Mountain Mike’s which is a bit more in price but it’s a superior experience all around. We won’t return here until there’s new management. Many in town warned us and now we’re convinced.

S/​o to them for delivering so late at night! Their service has always been amazing whenever my friends or I order. Cheesy bread is also extremely good here, so if you’re looking for something new to try, try that! I’ve never had a bad experience with them!

It’s hard to tell if there’s grease in the pizza, or pizza in the grease! There is potential there but it always falls short. Three stars for the staff, as they can only do so much with what they are given!

I would not normally write a review for a chain but I have had great experiences with this place so I will. I ordered online and it was the simplest online food order I’ve ever done. It was also very cool that you can track the process of your order from order received to prep to in the oven to out for delivery. It was a fun way to do it and I will totally do it again. The pizza this time and the last few times from this dominos was perfect. Not greasy from the cheese which is perfect for me and cooked perfectly. I ordered on a saturday night and had my pizza very quickly.

the food is good but because I’m giving it 2 stars is because when you order online it gives you the option of giving the delivery driver instructions. I left a note to not ring the door bell and to call a certain number. They have rang my door bell 4 times now. I’m not going to order from dominos again because of this. The drivers said sorry you order online… this is embarrassing

I have received delivery food here many times in the last year. I have never had hair in my food. I have never had food poisoning. The only time I could complain was once when they delivered me burned Mac and cheese after I got my wisdom teeth extracted.

I wasn’t a Dominos fan until I moved to Cotati. For the price, you can’t beat it. I love being the ultimate lazy-​ass, ordering from my phone. They offer economical options, salads (which have always been fresh when I ordered them) and their delivery people are always efficient and friendly. Unlike the other reviews, I’ve never gotten sick from the items… just an FYI, you will get sick from pizza when it’s not refrigerated properly, especially if it has feta. Haha! Pizza usually won’t make anyone sick since it’s heated to a high temperature. I call BS. Oh, and their cheesy bread is the ultimate sin. Yum, yum.

GROSS! if I could give it zero stars I would. I ordered my pizza and when I took it home it had a plastic bread tie in it!!! The whole pizza tasted like plastic. I can see where they make their pizza so the only way it could have happened is if someone personally put it there on purpose. I called, got my money back and a new pizza made BY THE MANAGER; however, as I was eating it I found hair in it!!! Seriously, how do you ruin a second pizza! I will never order from them again unless they get a new manager or new pizza makers. The only thing good about the store was the cashier who was nice enough to try and make our experience better, but if a pizza place can’t make pizza the service doesn’t matter. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! We are calling corporate to try and figure out why this store is so bad at what they do.
About 20 minutes after eating the pizza, my boyfriend threw up, not healthy!!!

I was a Domino’s fan for many years until last Thursday. They have had minor quality issues in the past, but after my friend and I ordered a Spinach and Feta Pizza and ate it a day later (I read that you are not supposed to leave it out of the fridge for more than two hours, which I did not), we could tell that something did not taste right. The same night my friend and I both experienced hot and cold chills and I had multiple spells of vomiting. I am still sick two days later and am unfortunately put off for Domino’s because I find this inexcusable for any restaurant. if you are looking at this Domino’s, please check the quality of your ingredients because incidents like this should not happen. Also as a response to the person that had the nerve to call BS to my review, one other peer got sick on the same weekend from Domino’s as well so it was not merely a fluke nor due to customer negligence.

for domino’s it is the bees knees. timely, don’t mess up your order, coupons, and dorm friendly. can’t ask for more in my opinion. plus it looked pretty clean from where i was standing: D

Awesome. Awesome deals online, cheap prices, tastes good. What else could you ask for from cheap pizza? It’s either this or little caesars, and this place wins most of the time. Bread bowls taste amazing.

They have awesome deals and their new pizza is so scrumptious. The sauce, cheese, and oh man that crust is the bomb!

Dropped in yesterday for the first time. A large Extra Cheese w/​Pepperoni for $ 6 and change after tax. Not shabby at all. Also, the guy at the register was friendly and it was ready in about 15 minutes. Left off the 5^th star because the large could have been larger… had about 8 ok sized slices. I have to say, I’ll definitely be back.
