I have been into this store 3 times over the past few years and the service was not great, nor were they very helpful, but it was convenient. Today the fourth visit was with out a doubt the worst service I have had any where. After being told they would be right with me, I waited 40 minutes. They the sales person started to help someone who came in after me. When I said I was here first and this was confirmed by the other salesperson who was still busy, the clerk just shrugged and continued to help the other lady. I politely said that this was not ok, and still nothing. I left and will not return. If you choose to shop here expect frustration, a very long wait, poor selection, poor service, and downright rudeness. I will be reporting this also to AT&T.

I purchased a phone here about two years ago, I remember the manager and an associate helped us with the purchase. It was my first Android purchase making the switch from being an original iPhone customer. During the process of making the switch, the associate helped us in transferring our photos and music from one device to the other. They also suggested apps that would ease us over from the old iPhone experience. Everything went over smoothly, they also sold us on some aftermarket covers and then eventually a Samsung tablet. In the days after, we were often working with them on «how to do this. or that» via at the store or over the phone. Their employees were gracious with the handling. Looking back, my only gripes were with the aftermarket warranty program offered on the mobile device and the quality of the covers. The phone cover for my Samsung Galaxy SII, stunk, the button covers bubbled out(which per online reviews was a common problem) but still a loss of $ 30 bucks. Aftermarket products are sold with high markups, they could be cheaper or thrown in. Also, during the last two years I’d been traveling a lot, so to get customer service linked to the aftermarket plan I invested in, well, not the best purchase. Compared to the Apple care warranty, this one was bupkis!

I had a great experience here. I was beyond impressed with the thoughtfulness an great service. I have a two month old son and was in kind of a rush to get a new sim card in my phone. Dan Zamora was the best. You have an awesome guy working for your company. I was in an out and felt like a greatly appreciated customer. Thank you dan for a great experience.

Wow, talk about a let down! Worst cellular store and worst service known to man! The only thing good from this place was the iPhone 4S purchased. MY wife went into this store to buy me a new iPhone for my birthday and the service was terrible. She was helped by Rich P. and it was by far the worst experience of her life. She called me crying. I mean crying! She went into the store, said she wanted to buy a new iPhone. The guy, Rich, brought out the phone and sold it to her on the spot. He didn’t mention that it would be hooked up right away. As in immediately. Which obviously meant that my phone, while out at work and using it was deactivated and I was left high and dry in the middle of a work day.(I use the cell phone to earn a living!) I get it. Initially she shouldn’t have had it hooked up right away, but the guy never asked if she wanted it hooked up right now or not. Then when my wife was like«what? you hooked it up already… it’s a gift!» Well to his defense it’s not like he knew. Honest mistake. It’s how he reacted that’s CRAZY! He wasn’t sorry, wasn’t remorseful, didn’t feel bad or anything. In fact, he was snooty, rude, offensive, defensive, totally mean and said many times«it’s your fault!.» He belittled her and made her feel stupid and didn’t say sorry or anything. LAME! I’ve never had my wife call me crying about the way she was treated till today. I went in to confront him and he said I was a liar and my wife was a liar. Then he said he wasn’t going to wave my $ 36 activation fee like he told my wife because I came in. This guy was a real jerk and real piece of work. You’d think that AT&T and Cellular World would have high quality customer service representatives in their stores being such amazing companies, but I guess not. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone and I would certainly NOT recommend Rich in ANY customer service job EVER! Cellular World and AT&T at 445 Rohnert Park Expressway, YOUSUCK and I hope someday you Get the service you GAVE!!!
