(I started this review on my phone in early July during our crazy heat wave). Review for customer service — Greg promptly returned a call after I left a message with his office about our broken ac unit. We were trying to buy a part as my husband could make the fix himself. Greg was extremely helpful and his rates that he quoted sounded extremely reasonable should we need his actual services. Should we run into a heating or plumbing issue we can’t fix I’ll be calling Greg! Four stars because I don’t have actual firsthand knowledge of his work but customer service gets an A+!

Been using Hershman Plumbing for years and Greg has always been extremely helpful… and HONEST! Though he is for more of general service (No large scale jobs)…he has all of the knowledge of someone who grew up… and work in the HVAC industry.

Greg the owner and the plumber is very experienced, explained everything, worked efficiently and fast to get the problem fixed right. He is prompt, nice and reliable. He charges on the high end/​hour but he really knows his stuff. I’d use him again for the more complicated plumbing jobs for sure. He fixed a very old plumbing problem for us in 2 hours that would have taken at least an entire day if we were to attempt to fix it ourselves. And he did an outstanding job!
