Great place for takeout, if you have time to burn. Called in a order at 6:35PM; hung up at 6:39. I was told the food would be ready at 6:55. I pull up to the drive thru window at 6:57 and give the woman my name. She closes the windows, goes into the back and disappears. For the next 20 minutes I sat at that window, waiting. No updates from the 3 – 4 employees hovering just inside. No apologies. No request that I park and come inside. They just left me sitting there, for 20 minutes. There are now two cars waiting behind me. At 7:17 the woman reappears with my order. Her comment, «Sorry about that, we were waiting for your dessert.» Sorry about that? I kindly ask what they can offer in the form of recompense to make up for all the time I wasted. She turned, went back to the register, and returned a minute later having taken 10% off my bill. A dollar and a half off, after giving me inaccurate information about when my food would be ready, after leaving me sitting at the window with no communication, $ 1.5 off. My time is more valuable than that. By the time I got home, the pizza and wings had cooled. It just wasn’t worth it, especially not when Little Caesars is less than a mile away, costs half the price, and has hot food ready when you walk in the door.

I have ordered from this particular Pizza Hut about a half dozen times since it opened. It’s close to my house so it’s convenient. Pizza has always been the quality that PH makes, but they have messed up my order one time previous on a delivery. Tonight, my family wanted wings. I ordered at 4:55 right as I was walking out of work. My email notification says that my order will be ready in 15 minutes. That works great for me because I’ll be able to grab it right on my way home. I walk into the PH at 5:09 and go up and pay. Then I wait. A dozen or so people come in and pick up orders, some are placing orders, waiting then picking them up and leaving. They don’t say anything to me. Then they ask me for my name again. Then I wait more. At 5:40 they put my food in a bag and hand it to me. As a consolation, the register girl asks me if I’d like a fountain drink. I turn that down and ask who the manager is. She points to a woman behind her who never even looks up. When I get home, half our food is wrong and they included some wing tips in our number of wings. In case you don’t know, you can’t even eat wing tip pieces. So, not ordering from this place again. There are good local pizza shops that will be getting my money from now on.
