i have visited them on 06⁄15 and i am totally satisfied with the treatment I have received. Staffs were courteous though I was not in mood to take glass but they helped me to find good one and moreover doc who treated me(Catherine Ferentini), she was amazing. She engaged me in talk and whole session was knowledgeable. She pointed out some issue with my eye(I forgot that tedious word) and I am planning to go again for that checkup. Recommended!!!

Location is just a few minutes off 91 at exit 23. The front office staff is excellent, knows exactly what you need from them, the staff that helps you fins frames also is extremely knowledgable with insurance coverage and the eye doctors are fab!!!

I was very pleasantly surprised at the level of care I received by the DR. & staff at visual Perceptions. Insurance was queried before I arrived and I was given the best that my insurance would accommodate.

Epic fail. There is nothing that makes you feel move valued then when someone pronounces your name wrong four times within the span of 30 seconds even after you correct them after everytime. This isn’t typically something that I get upset about but after three times, when a person says yea i know, then states your name wrong again it’s extremely annoying. The ‘technical’ staff at this location is very friendly and great to deal with. They are seemingly attentive and thorough but work a little faster than what I am used to. In one visit I was checked out in 5 minutes, which I thought was great because I don’t have a ton of time to sit around an office but when something like my perscription is wrong for a year it makes you wonder if maybe they should have taken a little more time. The receiptionist, if that is what you want to call her, acts like she has special needs. She doesn’t seem to be able to comprehend or collect anything you say to her and yet will be the person that 80% of the time you have your interaction with. Be prepared for a slow and painful wait. If you call, be prepared to be put on hold for a while and be prepared for ‘something to be wrong’ with you credit card. All these tasks performed by one woman while a gaggle of chatty Cathy’s sit in the room behind her chatting away like there is no tomorrow about mostly things that don’t need to be discussed in a place of business. Probably the most awesome experience I had with this location(sarcasm) was that they didn’t take my insurance. But instead of telling me prior to placing the order for my contacts they waited until I came in to pick them up and handed me a $ 500 bill, mint.
