Alta Moda Salon Spa and Boutique

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON EVER!!! I went in asking to have ash highlights done as my highlights from a previous hairdresser were a little too brassy and their stylist Jen turned my hair completely gray. I’m not even sure what product she put on my hair because she completely fried it and it started falling out in clumps. I lost 50% of my hair that day and was in tears when I left the salon. They still insisted on charging me over $ 200 for the visit and the owner threw free products at me to keep quiet. I went to another salon that week and was told that Jen tried to take a short cut on my color and destroyed my hair in the process. It’s been 6 months and I still have a ton of short pieces on top of my head and it looks like chunks of my hair were cut out from close to the root. Do not ever go here, they are overpriced and do not know what they are doing.

I have been a client of Alta Moda for over a year. Jen does a fabulous job at color, cut & style. Jen spends time making sure she understands your hair issues. I finally love my hair. Dawn (the manager) takes great care and making sure you don’t need anything. This is absolutely a wonderful salon that takes pride in every aspect of their business.

Highly recommend this salon. I’ve been going to Alta Moda for years. Place is really cute and inviting. Not pretentious like some other salons I’ve been to. Lauren is my hairstylist — she’s awesome. Great stylist and colorist — highly recommend her!
