World Nails and Spa II

I used to really enjoy getting manicures and pedicures here, but unfortunately they went under new management. Not only are they not as clean as they used to be, but the new hired staff is extremely pushy about switching to shellac or acrylics. I understand as nail techs it’s their job to suggest improvements and upsale their services, but I politely told them I couldn’t afford it several times and they continued to badger me about through my entire mani/​pedi. I like to treat myself to mani/​pedis every once in a while to maitain nail health and to relax and be pampered. This place is no longer comfortable or enjoyable. You can easily find another location with more sanitary tools and a more helpful, understanding staff.

This is the salon near tom thumb in rockwall so go ANYWHERE else for better service. Everything in the other review is true. They DO NOT sanitize their instruments between uses and dont even pretend to when questioned. The girl that did my toes didnt take my old polish off before putting on new polish. When I pointed it out, she got irritated and rushed through the pedicure. When I paid they tried to charge me $ 38 for a $ 25 pedicure and had a small CHILD (10 years old MAYBE?) run my card & give me my recipts. Very unprofessional and rude staff.
