The first time I went there for laser hair removal I had no problems. The second time she had the laser turned up so high that my leg jerked involuntarily with each pulse, and occasionally I caused me to yell involuntarily. When she finished she slathered steroid cream all over my legs and told me not to go out in the sun. Not a place I’ll visit again!

I go to Jan at RAC and I absolutely love their work here. Super professional, always get back to you, and are all genuinely nice people to talk to. RAC is a classy, clean, and professional place, I always go to their website for their monthly deals. I have zero complaints! About to book an appointment now!

Save yourself the heartache and go to a more updated laser center, like Texas Laser in Plano. The machine appeared to be dated, the owner, whom is the aesthetician, is not the kindest of people. She made you feel as if she were doing you a favor rather than you were her client. The only reason I continued my treatments was because it was prepaid. On my initial visit my legs were skipped and the owner told me she would tack that onto my account at the end. However, upon my last visit she was not there, nor did the staff recall any of this, even though we discussed it more than once. The receptionist said she would have Jan, the owner, call me back. I was not surprised that she never returned my call. I am much more happy at my current laser center, much better results and, more importantly, a much better staff. I truly wish there had been more reviews on this establishment before I spent my money there. Hope this helps you.

If you are wanting a qualified laser treatment then this is the place to get it. Jan is fabulous and does a great job of getting rid of that unwanted hair. I love the fact that I don’t have to shave anymore. They are a little more expensive but when it comes to lasers and having someone with experience do it then it justifies the cost. I also love to get microdermabrasion facials there as well. I would and have recommended this place to others.

BURNED FROM LASER
I really wish I could put 0 stars. I bought a package for laser hair removal from living social for Rockwall Aesthetics. I wanted my back and inner thighs lasered. Just has my 3^rd treatment… and have deep tissue burns on the front of one of my thighs. Not even an area I asked to have lasered. I really wish I could post a picture. I have 5 – 6 deep purple splotches on my thigh each about the size of a dime. The place where I had hair to laser is fine, actually.
