How is this place even open. It’s time to close. We went for 4 orders. We were the only ones there. No one in the drive thru or inside. The building smelled like old water. And when we got our food, everything was cold. Not pleased.

TERRIBLE customer service from an employee named«Martha». I went to Wendy’s to get dinner for my family tonight.(9÷28÷15) at 7:47PM. I started ordering at the drive thru. I ordered a few items first then a potato. Me: «Can I have two singles and a 4 piece spicy chicken nugget.» Employee(Martha): «What else?» Me: «Can I have a side garden salad with Italian or vinaigrette, whichever you have» Employee(Martha): «What else?» Me: «I’d like a sour cream and chives baked potato» Employee(Martha): «We out of potatoes» Me: «Oh. Okay. I’ll take a medium chili» Employee(Martha): «We only got small and large.» Me: «Okay small is fine. I’d also like a grilled chicken wrap.» Employee(Martha):(Mumbled words) Not knowing if she gave me a total I said«Thanks», drove up to the window and greeted the employee(Martha) Employee(Martha): «$ 17.57» Me: «Okay.»(while handing her my card.) She didn’t say one word back. Then, she came back to the window and handed me the bags of food and walked away leaving the drive thru window open. I looked in one bag and noticed Ranch instead of Italian like I originally asked for. So, I waited for her to come back. I saw her walk to the back of the kitchen, then to her phone which was charging at the counter by the computers. Not once did she acknowledge me. Moments later, another employee came to the window: 2nd Employee: «Are you missing something?» Me: «Oh just an Italian dressing.» 2nd Employee: «Would you like one or two? Me: «One is good, thanks!» The second employee not only fixed her co-worker’s mistake, she also very kindly said, «Have a good night». I have lived in Rockwall for several years and have been to this Wendy’s TWO times. This is the reason I continue to not go. C’mon Wendy’s, get it together and give Martha a talking to.

Horrible costumer service, I went through the drive thru and the lady at the window was careless and rude, said thank you at the end of my transaction and she just closed the window like I hadn’t said anything

Service here is really bad. I noticed a long line in the drive thru, so decided to walk in. I stood by the cash register(there was no line) for a good while, and three times at least, I saw an employee look at me… and do NOTHING! Two employees didn’t even seem busy and easily could have come taken my order. When someone finally broke away from the Spanish gab session to make my frosty for me, she handed it to me with no straw and no spoon and had never asked me if it was for there or to go. Maybe you get better service if you order in Spanish?!? I’m just sorry there isn’t a «zero stars» option.

Food is always good and fresh. Eat here at least one time a week or every other week. No problems with greasy or forgetting things. But I go at lunch 1−2pm usually

3rd time in a row they forgot to give us something. This time I got smart and checked before leaving the drive thru. We only ordered 3 item… Nuggets, fries, and chili. How hard is it to get that wrong!!! Isn’t fries and fast food a staple? They didn’t even have any made. They were to lazy to make fries and put them in the damn bag.

My man Kevin summed this one up. I do not like, never again. Old, rancid, nuclear fallout fryer grease makes me want to pour bleach down my thoat to kill the tastebuds before they turn cancerous. Please, Please Wendy’s of America, get your shit together and make your stores change there grease more often, it is absolutely disgusting to get something/ANYTHING fried and have it taste like straight up chemical death. Burger was meh.

I’m not coming back… All our burgers were undercooked. The«baconator» had 2 pieces of bacon… not very«nator», the condiments were minuscule dots squirted on the bun, hardly flavor inducing. The kids hamburger had cheese… my kid doesn’t like cheese which is why I ordered a «hamburger», it was also lukewarm at best and the cheese was hardened to the bun(how long had this been sitting out — i.e. not so fresh) My double was lukewarm as well, one thin piece of lettuce, a couple small pieces of red onion(what is up with that, I didn’t order a salad), one pickle and one small slice of tomato. To begin the order taker was short with us, interrupting, and borderline rude. The only thing out of my $ 16+ order that was right was the frosty. In N Out is in town and with service/product like this the decision is easy. I’m not a Wendy’s fan but Momma wanted a frosty… The rest of us got screwed. Go to McDonalds… and I seriously dislike McD’s.
