Always great food and great service! I like the new 2-lane drive through. Never a disappointing experience.

Owner operator and staff circling lobby sure great to see that. Owner on the spot getting our table wiped down. Counter staff knew how to handle switch over from breakfast to lunch. Counter folks got us taken care of. Still management staff in lobby watching over everyone. Great place keep it up. Food hot and good.

I love chick fil a, and most of the time this is a great restaurant. We have been going here for years and I think we have only had an incorrect drive thru order one time. The service is usually excellent. I preferred the drive thru before they added the double lanes. This let’s them stack more cars in the lot, but it feels like it is actually slower. And that is the main problem with this location — it is just always insanely busy. They really need another one in town. I try to frequent the Forney location as it isn’t nearly as busy.

Need to work on dinning room service never asked for refills or if we needed anything else well compared to other ones if visited. Big disappointment though is that the coleslaw is off the menu!..#BRINGBACKCOLESLAW

This location was made famous across the nation for its relief efforts helping victims of the Rowlett/Garland F-4 Tornado of December 2015. Among Chick-Fil-A locations, this Rockwall location in particular stands out as a gem. The location is clean, the drive thru is very busy yet quick, the attention to order details is fantastic. They boast they they serve over 100 cars per hour in the drive through, nearly one every 30 seconds. The food is good to great at all of their locations, but Rockwall has a special place in my heart for their goodwill to others.

This Chick-Fil-A has updated their drive through. They now have two lanes for faster service. They are still awesome and the new Ice Dream Lemonade thing is out of this world!

As much as I love Chick Fila, this location always messes up orders, and has horrible customer service(they don’t care that they messed up your order and you had to sit through drive they TWICE to get missing meal, in fact they act annoyed that you noticed). Be sure to check your order thoroughly before pulling away, even if they are annoyed that you do so, trust me!

As much as I love this Chick-fil-a location(and as much money as I spend here), I’m going to have to downgrade my rating to a 1-star. Here’s why… I purchased a gallon of lemonade from them last Wednesday evening. As much experience as I’ve had purchasing lemmonde from Chick-fil-a, I know that a gallon of lemonnade is still drinkable up to one week after purchase(trust me on this — I know). By Sunday, the lemonade tasted a bit«twangy» but I couldn’t take it back because they’re not open on Sundays. By Monday evening it was even worse, so I took it back this morning(Tuesday) along with my receipt and«Leah» was quick to point out on the front of the bottle that it only has a shelf life of 48 hours and that they could not refund any portion of my purchase — not even half! I’ve always thought of Chick-fil-a as having good customer relations but their unwillingness to even attempt to make some kind of conciliatory offer left a twangy taste in my mouth. Not even an apology. I just left the remaining half gallon on the counter since it was not suitable for consumption.

Worst Chick fil a I’ve ever visited. They are not concerned about customer service only what your name is when you order. I stood at the counter several minutes waiting for a refill and was passed several times by a manager that was not concerned with my needs as a customer. The food was good because its Chick fil a but they could not handle the business they receiving on this slow Saturday evening.

Created a chicken salad sandwich wrap that was not on the menu. Order taker advised they had never done that before & asked a manager. After a brief discussion between managers & an employee making the orders, they gladly provided me with my chicken salad wrap. Management & employees were very helpful & provided excellent service. The wrap was awesome & will definitely go back for another wrap. Service with a smile.

Love the employees, always using manners. Food is ALWAYS cooked fresh and hot. Chicken is just amazing, you can’t go to a fast food place anywhere else and get that good of food.

Chick-fil-A has joined the fast food coffee wars and as I might have guessed, they are very good at it. They serve Thrive Farmers Coffee and it is very good. Maybe even great, definitely great for drive through fast food. They have an exclusive deal with the Central American growers that allows the farmers to keep much more of the revenue. I’ve been hitting this location for the coffee. The chicken sandwiches and lemonade are on par with their other locations. The service is too, especially drive through service. This store suffers from its smaller location, especially parking, and drive through. Yes, they’ve put in a double drive through, which means they can handle higher volume, but the 20,000 square foot(or whatever it is) lot is not big enough. Gridlock ensues at peak times. Parking lot and drive through maxes out and you can get stuck in your car in bad spots. Rockwall needs another location, or this one needs to upsize. Tough problem, but a good problem they need to solve. 3.5 stars.

Since the renovation the service has dropped off significantly, when fast good ceases to be fast seek alternatives. This location use to be very efficient now it is slow!

This location used to be stellar! But lately it’s been AWFUL!!! 3x now I’ve gone through the drive thru which you are hurried through faster than Black Friday at Walmart, and I end up with items missing from my order when I get home. After this last time we went back and returned our food and requested a refund the managers response was I’m sorry I can’t do anything else. Well yes they could, they can refund and then correct the order like a proper food establishment is supposed too. Especially after I note that this is the 3rd occurrence. Customer service can make or break your business.

WOW! For a quick-service type restaurant, it doesn’t get any better than this. CFA food is always awesome; love the chicken, the waffle fries, and the lemonade. But the service– blew me away! I’ve never been in a casual, counter service restaurant with this much customer attentiveness. 5 employees in the dining room at lunch time to clear tables AND keep the customers happy! Ever seen even ONE McDonald’s employee cleaning tables at one of their restaurants during lunch? Anyway, one young lady, Leigh, wouldn’t let us get up for anything! Want catsup or mayo? She’d get it. Need a drink refill? She was there. When we got ready to leave, she wouldn’t even let us bus our own table! I wish this place was in my hometown — I’d be a regular!

Creepy and culty, but if that’s your thing. The drive thru starts with a human in an orange vest asking what you’d like before you see the menu. Please, dear God, let me look at the menu and talk to a box. It then continues when you get to the window and they ask what kind of sauce you’d like. What are my options? I don’t work here. The food is fine/good, but their idea of «customer service» is bizarre.
