We have seen Dr. Becker for 10 months since our son was born. He is a wonderful doctor, he always listens to us and he always understands how I’m worried as a first time mom.
Our wait time is never more than 10 – 15 min total.
I really love how their is a sick entrance so you don’t have to worry about your kids coming into contact with sick kids while you wait.
The staff is always nice, especially when I left my wallet in my husbands car and I couldn’t pay my co-​pay.
We highly recommend Dr. Becker!

Please ensure you have plenty of time to wait. Even with up to date paperwork and insurance information we have never waited less than a half hour prior to any appointment. If you go up and say anything the office staff came back with «Why didn’t you let us know sooner».
Don’t bother escalating to the office manager as odds are she won’t be in the office and if you do want to waste your time she will tell you if you are dissatisfied to take your children elsewhere.
Please do your research. I wouldn’t recommend
Not to mention the care concerns we had for one of our children.

My children have seen Dr Becker, who we absolutely love, until about a year ago when our insurance changed to one this practice didn’t accept. We no longer have that insurance and wanted to go back to Dr Becker. We were able to make an appt for one of my sons a few months back so when my other son was sick I called and made an appt. I received a call back 2 hours later informing me that they weren’t going to see my son b/​c we had changed to another pediatrician. I asked to speak to the manager and informed her of the reason for the change and why we wanted to come back. She informed me that it was some ridiculous policy they had in place and she couldn’t do anything, even though my other son was seen 2 months prior. The woman was cold, rude and basically accused me of «doctor shopping» whatever the heck that is. So, it is now 4:00 and I’m scrabbling to find a physician for my asthmatic son who is coughing and running a fever (who also has a history of pneumonia). Awesome physicians, all 3 of them, but terrible, rude and unfeeling staff.
