Son had numerous ear infections. He had significant drainage issues and she would not send to a specialist. Finally we mandated a referral which she finally granted. Took him to the specialist a day after his appointment only to be told that his ear drums had burst. He was surprised that it went this long without being referred and he scheduled tubes to be put in the following day. Tried to switch to different doctor in office and the other doctor would take him as a new patient. Love office politics. So we are taking him to a new pediatrician as I wouldn’t take anyone I care about back to her. Not to mention be prepared to wait as they were always 30 – 45 minutes late to the appointment time. Don’t worry about escalating as the office manager is rarely in the office as we attempted to escalate on many occasions. I’m assuming they don’t care much about customer service.
