Not happy anymore. I always come here for at least ten years maybe. My nails look good. The nail tech (0712 on my receipt) tried to up sale me and charge me for scrubbing my feet $ 5. They always do this included. Then I was charged $ 1 for the plastic liner in my tub.
I still gave her a generous tip because it is hard work.
Not going back. You lost my business unless this policy changes.

Had gel manicure and gel pedicure. One nail actually broke within 24 hours. Manicure didn’t last a week. Nails not filed smoothly. Place is clean, ok parking. The MOST ANNOYING thing is the techs speak to each other in Vietnamese CONSTANTLY, which is rude, ignorant. Noisy, way too much chatter, not relaxing. NOT going back. One and done.

I had the worst salon experience of my life. I went in the Friday before my wedding at 2pm and I didn’t leave until after 5:30. The pedicure was decent — nothing special. However, the manicure was a nightmare. I wanted pink and white nexgen nails (dipping powder). They were muddy and messy. The manager noticed they were bad but said he didn’t have time to redo them and told me to come back later. I explained that my rehearsal dinner was in an hour and I didn’t have time to wait. He made the same girl redo them. She was really rushed and cut 3 of my fingers.
The worst part is the management. My fingers were bleeding and they weren’t even apologetic. They tried to just take $ 5 off my manicure. I didn’t have time to stand there and argue with them, so I ended up paying for this awful experience. All I can say is, stay away!

Moving to Rockwall, trying to find a good salon and i think i just did :) The staff is nice and friendly. I came for a pedicure with my 4 year old daughter and we were both happy with the results. They have two cute pink bear chairs for children with massage. The salon is clean and neat. The utensils are sanitized and packed in plastic bags, and they use gloves too. I really enjoyed La Rose Pedicure, especially the massage part. It was pretty long and relaxing. Loved the hot stones massage. I pay a big attention to the details and I’m really satisfied with my pedicure. The lady did an awesome job with everything– the scrub, massage and the polish. My daughter has pretty small toenails and the lady that did hers didn’t have an easy job but she nailed it! She even managed to put a little flower design on big toes. The prices are affordable too. I definitely recommend this place! I know I’ll be coming back here :)

I have lived in rockwall for years. I decided to go get a mani/​pedi on the run and stopped in here. Vicki (thanh) did the BEST job! Truly the Best mani/​pedi I’ve ever had. She took her time even with a waiting customer! I would highly recommend this place. Clean, friendly, quick and very reasonably priced!!!

This salon is fabulous! I am always on the road so when I want to get some peace and quiet done, I come here. The specialists are amazing at what they do. They remember everyone’s name by heart and makes me feel welcome each and every time. I have tried all of the specialist and they get it done right each and every time. I am very picky and they never disappoint me.
