They seem to have good furniture for rent… now, if only somebody would actually get back to me. I agree with the other reviewers. Somebody on the sales line picks up the phone, but only takes your contact info, tells you somebody will get back to you shortly, but nothing after that. I guess for them «shortly» means weeks, months, or never.

I found it impossible to actually complete a rental from this company. I exchanged many emails with Christine and got incomplete information and non-responsiveness on several occasions. I had wanted to rent furniture here for a party I threw but found they made it so difficult to get accurate information about availability of products and pricing that I gave up and went elsewhere for my rental needs.
