I purchased the groupon deal– oil change and car inspection.
Bad: He tends to be a bit late with meeting appointment times. So your time frame will need to be flexible.
Good: Derick is honest and does a good job at getting a history of your car to personalize his advice to what your car’s needs are for the short term and long term. He was very detailed and gave good explanations and I did not feel pressured into purchasing anything. He also took the time to personally show me where some problematic areas were, which helped me learn more about my car.
