Visited 2 stores to purchase a treadmill. Spoke with John about my needs. He was very patient and explained things well. Suggested two models for me to try and left me alone long enough to test. I actually liked the model that he suggested much better. The treadmill was delivered and put together, no trash left at all. But, after they left I noticed a rubbing sound that seemed abnormal. I called John that evening. He asked me to send pictures and a video, smart move! John was on top of it the next morning. The delivery department called me that morning to schedule a time for the installer to come back out the next day! They returned and fixed my issue, no problem. Great customer service from John, before and after the sale! Outstanding!
Highly recommend this store and Leisure Fitness, first class outfit all the way!!!

I just bought a significant amount of gym equipment from Dave McLaurin and he did an amazing job putting together exactly what I needed for my house. I had a limited amount of space to work with and I was very specific about the type of workouts I like to do. Dave not only followed up with me twice after the 2 installations to ensure I was happy with my equipment but he also allowed me to come into the store on several occasions so he could train me on the M5 Inspire gym exercises I wasn’t doing correctly on my own. He’s a fantastic trainer and never once tried to upsell me or convince me to buy something I wasn’t interested in. He’s amazing and I absolutely love my new home gym!!!

I went into the store looking for a treadmill, and Dave was all class. He paid close attention to my personal fitness goals, and listed the pros and cons of the model that I had come in to see. I got lost on my way to the store and ended up arriving close to closing time, but he still didn’t try to rush through the decision process, which I certainly appreciate. Furthermore, the delivery team arrived with my treadmill earlier than expected, and called to ask if they could come early. All in all, I saved lots of time and energy and ended up with a great machine that’s been working out perfectly.
