Instant Karma

I have frequented Instant Karma for many years and have sent many friends and their friends to this store. Although they have a nice array of items they do not stand behind their customers in returns.
A good friend of mine purchased a Christmas gift for me and needed to return it for the same item but a different version. Although she purchased the gift only 4 days previously they would not exchange it (even though it was for another item and not cash). The item which was being returned was in no way damaged.
This is not good business and I will no longer frequent this store and will also no longer recommend it. I have sent dozens and dozens of people who have spent quite a bit of money in this store.
This is a bad policy especially when neighborhood people are trying to keep business within their community.
It’s just bad Karma!
