Very satisfied with customer service here! My shower fixture hose was leaking, and after dealing unsuccessfully with the manufacturer, I went back to The Plumbery where it was originally purchased. Cory went to great lengths to help me out, and managed to get a replacement hose sent free of charge. Highly recommend.

We are not happy with our experience at The Plumbery. Read ALL the fine print before making any purchase here. We had to make a return and they charged us 25% of the price to restock the item, this was not verbally communicated to us while making the purchase. It took them another month for them to give us a refund. We won’t be returning.

The absolute rudest sloth lady I have ever dealt with. I went in to purchase appliances and bathroom fixtures. Was treated like I wasn’t there and was read a phone number to call the company so she didn’t have to deal with me. I have never written a review for anything but this really pissed me off. Wish I had her name so you could beware! I spent lot’s of money elsewhere that day and will never go back! Terrible service and no professionalism! Stay away…

Wish I had the good sense to have gotten the name or business card of the person (who I would recognize if I saw him) that spent probably an hour with us choosing the shower system we wanted to order. Nothing, and I mean nothing has a price on it,. You have to supposedly wait for someone to call and give you the cost. In our case, we’ve been waiting a month for our salesperson to call and give us the cost. Maybe we weren’t his «ideal customer» who spends thousands of dollars but he or someone should have called us back with a quote. If you shop there, make sure you get a business card so you’re salesperson knows that you will complain when he doesn’t contact you. I do not recommend shopping at The Plumbery!!! We ended up ordering the same items online. Shopper’s beware! My time is important and he wasted it.

We visited several bath & kitchen showrooms in the greater Sac area, but were most impressed with this one. The supply wasn’t as big as some, but they still seemed to have a pretty big selection in what we were looking for (handheld showers). Both people who helped us were nice, completely pressure-​free, and seemed to be quite knowledgeable about the products. We didn’t like that they don’t just have a price sticker like the big box guys, but instead they have to write up an order and give you a price quote. Still, the prices were impressively well below «retail». Overall, a very good experience.

I tried to find a certain increased efficiency Kohler toilet at Home Depot/Lowe’s (unsuccessfully) and then found this business. The manager is very friendly and efficient. The building is new and has a great variety of beautiful plumbing fixtures as well as light fixtures. They even delivered my 2 toilets for free.
