Nick from H and H electric installed our 240v plug with absolute professionalism and expertise. He is dedicated to customer service. In fact he came out on a rainy day to check on his installation and ensured compliance with the city we reside in. Very courteous and a pleasure to work with. For all potential tesla customers I would highly recommend him to install your dedicated tesla outlet for your home or business. His company is in fair oaks Blvd.

I have to admit that I was never really into cars, but Tesla changed me. Their stores also reflect the same excellence.
From the moment we walked into Tesla Rocklin, we felt at home. Everyone treated us exceptionally well. The whole car buying experience with Tesla was something I had never experience with any other car company.
Their excellence doesn’t stop after selling the car, service department has same standards. I had problems with vanity mirrors and they replaced them immediately without a cost. Had another major issue with car and had to drop my car at the store. I was shocked to get a call the same afternoon that my car was ready for me. Such an amazing customer service makes Tesla the best.
I highly recommend Tesla Motors to everyone.

Tesla is known for superb customer service in the automotive industry, reminding me of what sets Disney and Apple apart in their respective industries. The Rocklin Service Center is fully engaged in executing to these new, higher standards.
Every staff person I’ve dealt with there, over the course of several months, has been friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable, and willing to deliver beyond my expectations to provide not just a great product but a great customer experience. Forget pushy sales people — that simply isn’t the way things work here.
Tesla’s policies have changed my attitude toward car buying from an experience to be dreaded to one to be enjoyed, and the superb staff in Rocklin has been a key element in effecting this change.
