This review is due to the poor delivery system! The sales person we worked with, Tim Karn, was excellent and I would give him 5 stars. We ordered a refrigerator and were told the delivery day up front, which was fine, but unless you don’t work I still needed a two hour block of time to be home. They could not tell me until the DAY OF delivery and that time slot did not work for me. When I asked if they could perhaps give my time slot to someone else and take another one, they said «NO» it would have to be another day. It’s hard for me to believe that you can’t plan one or two days in advance for a delivery but since that appears to be the case ONLY buy a fridge from these folks if you can take off an entire day from work to accommodate them.

After frustration with others, thought, «Well, I’ll call Manuel Joseph even if they don’t service Lincoln from Sacramento.» Bonus! They are now in Rocklin! Talked to Tracy about the issue with installing a chef’s hood in my son’s kitchen. Two story house with EXTREMELY long draw and no suction. Tracy found that there were only two possible Kobe hoods (the brand I chose for him) that would work. She hooked us up with an A-​1 installer in who she said was the only one that you could count on to do this type of job. Excellent! Came out wonderful and works like a charm. He can now exhaust an elephant if necessary.

I had an amazingly pleasant experience not only while shopping in the store and picking out my purchase, but also during delivery! I went in to purchase a washing machine and the clerk was so helpful and friendly and we set up deliver for the next week as it was a holiday weekend and I had a very challenging schedule to work around. Two days before delivery I decided I wanted the dryer to match so I called and we set everything up over the phone so all I needed to do was pop in the store on my way to work, sign and deliver a check. It was a breeze! Both machines got delivered at the same time. The delivery guys were friendly and did not leave a mess or track in a bunch of dirt, which would be easy to do since I live in the country on a dirt road. Extremely conscientious! Great service all the way around! Thanks, so much! My next appliance will definitely come from your store!

We recently purchased a cooktop from Manuel-​Joseph, Kevin Hueter was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products. A genuine pleasure dealing with him.
