This place is Strange,
The customer service is very good most times and the food is either made very well and other times not good at all.
The last time, the burrito supreme was like a large bean burrito and the mexi melts had no tasty sauce, no tomato
(In all 3) seems to be fried and not placed in the small cookers, the taco supreme was just right.
The time before that everything was perfect, surprisingly tasty and fresh.
There seems to be 1 person who does not add all the ingredients as needed and cuts
corners.
Do not fire this person, better training and quality control is required — post haste!

I rarely, rarely, go to fast food. However, the rare instance I do go it is because I am in a pinch or a hurry. Tonight, I went through the drive through and ordered two items. The first problem was the rock star that wrapped my taco put the cheese on top of the wrapper, so when I removed the wrapper the chesses dumped out! Winning… NOT. The second problem arose when I went to get a napkin out of the bag… THERE WASN’T ANY! Really?
I now remember why I choose not to go to fast food. In addition, these people will be making $ 15 an hour soon! RIDICULOUS

I am a baseball mom– not superwoman, so yes, during baseball season after late games when I have three little hungry people yelling «what’s for dinner?» it is usually this Taco Bell. Quick and easy drive through, friendly staff. I like that I can feed my family of 5 for about 15 – 20 $. Tasty and lots of options. Oh Taco Bell, you make it too easy and for that, I thank you!

This Taco Bell is always super packed in the drive they and inside. Inside service is actually faster than drive thru. They have a good variety of workers who are super nice. They never short you on sauces or napkins in the drive thru. They have plenty of seating inside.

Taco Bell is always a great place to go for quick food. This is right down the street from where my girlfriend works at and is in a great location for business. I’ve had pretty good experiences here. I don’t like guacamole so I usually get the XXL grilled stuffed burrito with no guac. They’ve only gotten that order wrong once. When I told one of the employees they took care of it immediately and gave me another one for free. The staff is really nice and looks like they’re hiring students. Which makes sense it’s really close to the college. Good to see people are showing support. There is a lot of seating inside and it’s always very clean. I love this Taco Bell especially out of most of the ones that we go to.

This is the best taco bell! It’s always fast and fresh, and today especially I had amazing customer service from I think her name is lacy or Lucy I can’t remember.

Their service is speedy, portions are appropriately sized, and they make sure to give you everything in your order in the drive through. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location, and I’ve been coming here basically my whole life!

Friendliest Taco Bell in the Roseville/​Rocklin area. We usually go there after 10pm and the cashiers are always very pleasant. Considering all this, no wonder the drive-​thru lines are so long but I’ve never had to wait in a long line, even when I go during the day time. Only reason for 4 stars, it is fast food after all.

Slowest line I’ve ever been in. It took 15 minutes to order then another 10 to get to the window. I’m hoping there were technical difficulties and they’re not this slow all the time. I won’t be coming here on my lunch hour any more.

I wanted to let you know for the first time in my 30 years of eating taco bell I finally had a wow factor. I went to my local Taco bell, knowing I was going to be disappointed. But I was hungrey and thought what the hell. I decided prior to going in that I would order 20 bucks of food that I have never tried. I walked in and the nice gal and the counter suggested I try the Jalepno wrap, I identified my self as a Unilocaler prior to my master plan on trying the new items. I orderd the Jalepeno wrap, the bacon wrap chickin, the chipotle wrap and the quesarito Burrito and the smothered burrito. The manager Dakota, took control and made everything fresh for me. Wow, I was blown away by the new menu items, I share every one with my lady, and we could not stop raving how good it was, I thought really, taco bell, what the hell happened, the food was actually good. I think I finally figured out that the crappy low budget menu, is left for the teenagers and kids, while the 3.99 items are for the 40 year old crowd. I actually did not have to use hot sauce on the food for the first time in 30 years, and actually saved my left overs for lunch today, vs throwing it away. Your taco bell in Rocklin crushed it yesterday, let me know if you would like some more feedback. Great Job TACO BELL.

The usual taco bell experience. one thing I did appreciate was that one of the guys that works in the drive thru refers to me as dude. A most excellent dude he be.

Taco Bell is great for fast food. Just finished up a wine tour in placer county so it definitely hit the spot. We hit up the drive thru and the guy was super nice and polite and the food was fast. Two thumbs up.

I go to this Taco Bell at least twice a week. It is super close to my work. If you go during lunch, obviously they are packed, it’s freakin lunch time. But staff always super nice. But mainly the food is better than most other Taco Bells.

The crew people were all very nice, but the inside of the restaurant was run down (several broken tables) and my taco shell as well as my chips were old and stale. Could have been worse but I was disappointed overall.

Slow. My family will occasionally go here due to it’s halfway for to my house. The food arrives hot, but you’ll easily wait 20 – 30 minutes for a simple order. Don’t recommend if you’re in a hurry.

A 5 Star Review for Taco Bell?! Yes. Let’s be real, all the TB have the same ingredients and generally taste the same. The people that work here however are ALWAYS friendly, and have even had me taste test a few drinks I wasn’t too sure about (Arnold Palmers at TB are) It seems like they genuinely enjoy their job (maybe why their food tastes just a little better?) and actually make me want to go back. Keep It Up Guys!

I have had two negative experiences at this Taco Bell while passing through Rocklin to visit my sister.
The first time, we went inside because the line outside looked too long. We waited for 20 minutes for our food, while the gentleman in front of us waited for 25. It was 7:30 at night.
The second time, I was in the drive-​thru (I thought it must be quicker than going in again!) and the young man thru the speaker was full of «hey what’s up?» «ok, cool», etc. There was no professionalism, it was appalling.
With all of this being said, the food is just as good as any other Taco Bell!

This location has definitely improved! My order used to always get screwed up, or the service was not up to par… Now the service is happy young polite people who make sure your order is correct. They haven’t screwed up my food in a long time! Keep it up sunset location!

What happened to the corn salsa? The last three times I have been to a Taco Bell, including this location, I have not gotten any corn salsa in my Cantina bowl. I know it sounds like a slightly crazy thing to complain about, but it is the best part of the bowl in my opinion.
When they forgot to put both chicken and corn salsa in my bowl tonight, I decided to return to have it remade. I asked for those items to be added. They added chicken, yay… But no corn salsa. Wth.
That being said, the ladies and gents at this location are very nice and usually provide great service. Taco Bell, just give me my corn salsa!

Shame on you for calling yourself «fast food».
Shame on me for continuing to think you are.
Employees are nice enough. Just not a lot of «hustle».
