Tasty caffeine pick me up. Switched it up a bit got a iced Mocha, the young guy who was running the drive-thru was friendly and personable!

I visited this starbucks location Friday evening 4÷29÷2016 and I had the pleasure of speaking with a Ms. Sarah Fuller at the drive-thru. I don’t frequent starbucks as much as the rest of America, LOL so I was unfamiliar with the menu and didn’t know what I should order. My boyfriend always jokes and tells me I am the ideal customer/patron that everyone who is in the service industry would love to have on a daily basis because I make it a point to always be very polite and friendly to people who are on the job, because I know first hand how underappreciated the service industry is. I usually don’t get the same overly animated response back, but that night… holy cow! Ms. SARAHFULLER, I’ve met my match! WOWWW is all I can say. she hands down, she gave me the best customer service I’ve ever had in my entire life. I know that sounds overly dramatic, but just her professionalism attatched with so much warmth from the moment I started to order; her friendliness, her ability to give me some good suggestions like I had asked for, as I unintentionally held up the drive thru line. she didn’t rush me, she didn’t act like I was inconveniencing her… and after she threw out a couple of suggestions, I said, «you know what?! SURPRISEME, I trust you.» Sarah agreed and told me she’d make me something I’d love not to worry. and that she did. she went back and made it herself, as I pulled up, there was some gentlemen ringing me up and she came out of the back and handed it right to me and said«try it! let me know what you think!» it was the best coffee I’ve ever had and I just want to thank you SARAH, for being so warm and accommodating and giving the best customer service ever… you definitely made my night. YOUROCK! …ANDDESERVE A RAISE. :)

This place is filthy. The floors, tables, chairs, and restrooms need attention. The tables and chairs look old and tired, they need some attention or to be replaced. This place is not arranged well for anyone who wants to come study or get some work done. The cashier ignored me until she was good and ready to take my order. How hard is it to say be right with you and maybe welcome to Starbucks? My mocha was ready quickly but that isn’t enough to bring me back to this location. One more thing, they had their music playing way too loud. Not everyone wants to listen to your favorite tunes!

This location is great because it’s got both the in store and drive-thru portion. The location makes it a very good place to get your daily coffee fix because it’s not too crowded here. In addition, there’s plenty of parking nearby. I’ve visited this location a couple times before, but today’s visit stood out the most. There was about 5 cars in the drive-thru line so we decided to go inside the store. There was no line & there were many people sitting outside studying & enjoying the day. We were automatically greeted by the cashier & after placing our orders, we received our orders quickly within a couple of minutes. I appreciate the staff filling our orders quickly, accurately & were so polite. I’ve been to other Starbucks locations where I’ve received horrible customer service, but this location is not one of them. Keep up the great work!

This Starbucks is located in a nice area. The lady(whom I didn’t catch the name of) was very amiable. I was planning on going through the drive-thru, but it was a very long line, so I had decided to go inside instead. One minute after putting my order in they had called my name out– that was very quick! I’ve been here many a times and I love that they have chairs and tables outside, which makes it a nice place to enjoy the outdoors while studying. The only downside is that it gets occupied here a lot, but if you can catch a table it’s rather relaxing.

Out of all the caramel frappucinos I’ve ever had in my life, theirs are always the best. Just make sure you don’t order extra caramel unless you really love caramel because they seriously cover the whole cup with it. I won’t make that mistake again, but their regular caramel frappucinos are life.

The Starbucks on Lonetree Blvd in Rocklin is awesome! Even when their drive-through is full, they move quickly. I visit SBUX at least twice per day, and sometimes three times per day. I can always count on the Lonetree SBUX to get me in & out quickly. April is especially nice and helpful. She always remembers my order, which is a bit specialized and it is always made perfectly. Thanks April and LTSBUX, keep up the great work!

I am always in search of a great Starbucks. Although Starbucks is a chain, they are NOT all created equally! I decided to try the Lonetree Starbucks this morning to switch things up. I am happy that I did! It was a great start to my day. As I entered the facility I was promptly greeted by not one, but two Starbucks employees. I was the only one in line, so I walked right up to the counter. As I dug through my purse for my gift cards to load onto my account, Norma waited patiently and told me to take my time. I finally found the gift cards and gave them to Norma to add to my account. Next, I ordered a Grande Flat White and paid. When I walked over to the pick up counter, Benjamin greeted me and inquired about my day. When he handed me my delicious beverage, he told me to try it out to see of I liked it. I must say… it was perfection in a cup! Yum! Thank you for the excellent customer service today! I will definitely be back!

I love this Starbucks location as it is close to my job and they have one of the fastest drive thrus in the area! The staff is always friendly and they never mess up on the drive thru orders. This locations is much faster, friendlier, and more efficient than the Sunset Blvd. location around the corner. I order from this particular location almost everyday and they have yet to disappoint. As a side note, most Starbucks enthusiasts are aware of their rewards card program but, I just want to «plug it»…JOINIT!

I just had the best Starbucks experience that I’ve ever had here. It was about 9:00 at night on August 4th, 2014, and I had inquired about the difference between the regular chai latte and the Oprah chai latte, and Tyler(the guy behind the counter) actually let me try them both side-by-side before I made my decision! He and Brittany even talked with me for a while afterwards(they was hardly anyone there) and actually made me feel welcome here. I will be coming back here again!

I love this Starbucks! To me, this is the best Starbucks in all of Rocklin. The staff is friendly, and they actually make your drink the way YOU want it to be made. I have been coming to this Starbucks since it first opened, and never once have I regret it. I ask for extra Carmel, they give it to me. If I don’t like how my drink is, they fix it without attitude. The staff members are very polite, and cares if your drink is good or not. The building is very clean. I have never been grossed out by a mess or grime, because it does not exist. The location of this Starbucks is very nice! It is right by my house, and close to all the shopping centers. The best part about this Starbucks is that it is not normally packed(when ever I go). Most Starbucks are annoyingly busy, this one is not. Try this Starbucks out! I doubt that you will be let down!

The crew is fantastic! Always a smile with a welcoming greeting. The baristas know us and always engage in pleasant conversation. Martha is so professional and friendly. Britt is the sweetest and will even run out to give me a hug hello! We enjoy our local Starbucks for more than just the coffee. It is a happy place we enjoy going to even if it is for a Venti Ice water!

Lately it seems that things are not running as smoothly as they used to, I drive down to Fairway now to get coffee because it would be the same amount of time to get a coffee or service. I hope it gets better so they don’t lose more business.

Had probably the worst Starbucks experience I’ve had to date at this location this morning. Ordered a medium caramel crunch frappucino and a piece of bread. Waited for a few minutes(there were maybe 6 people with drinks ahead of me), so, no worries. Finally, this younger barista guy puts a drink on the counter — a crème something. Nobody goes for it, and since everyone who was ahead of me in line had already received their drinks, went to check it out. The drink abbreviation on it was CRCF. Hm. I ask the guy if that was my drink, since there were no other drinks behind me, and it would make sense if CRCF stood for«caramel ribbon crunch frappucino». «Oh no», the guy assures me. «This stands for a crème frappucino». I ask if my drink is coming up. The kid asks the other barista what CRCF stands for. Lo and behold, that was supposed to be my drink. Ok, messed up drink order. That’s annoying but nothing huge. I show the guy my receipt, and he looks at it, and starts to crumple it up. Uh… can I get my receipt back? He grunts, and hands me this half crumpled receipt back. Next up: he starts to go to make the drink, but comes back over. «Did they tell you we are out of the crunch? They SHOULD have,» saying this as though it is my fault that I wasn’t notified. An older lady barista tells me they can put some other crunch topping on it, but just not that one. Ok, that’s fine. Really, I’m more annoyed at this point. Finally I get a drink. Not the drink I originally ordered, mind you, but still a drink. The guy says«Let me go get you a free drink voucher». Hey, I was annoyed up to this point, but that’s cool. Thanks. He goes off for about ten minutes. He searches everywhere — behind the drink bar, in the office. He even finds time to help take down drink orders at the register. But really, 10 minutes. He comes back and tells me they don’t have any, and offers to make me another drink. Uh, no. I don’t need any more beverages from this location. Dear Starbucks, when you charge so much for a drink, one of the things you have to absolutely nail is customer service. Believe it or not, even if you make passable drinks, people won’t want to visit you because of mediocre service.

Coming from a Coffee Fanatic, this is by far the best Starbucks in Rocklin. It’s near all the shopping centers, it’s very fast and the atmosphere is just so homey. I usually try to get my morning Starbucks once or twice a day. Always fast in the mornings, and very good customer service when I get back at night. But the reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 was because I think the snacks(cookies, muffins ect.) are a bit overpriced.
