I go in for water check and pool parts and chemicals. Great service always and they are very honest with me and give great advice. Never any pressure!

I’ve been using their in-​store water services for over four years and all I can say is they have the best in customer service and helpful advice. I have also purchased chemicals and spare parts at their store as well. Can you buy it cheaper elsewhere, perhaps, but there is tremendous value in the advice they are willing to give you and it will save you money.
For example, one of my neighbors with a pool just purchase new cartridges at a cost of $ 400 because they were told by another well known pool store that once the plastic bands break down, you need to replace your filters. So I asked the same question and was told the bands don’t really do anything and its the pressure differential that you need to watch. If your pressure gauge on your filter is going up after you clean your filters, then your filters are either due for replacement. If the pressure is ok, but your filters are 3 or 4 years old, clean them with your house and then bring them in and have them acid washed and pressure washed for $ 75 and they will likely last longer.
So they have saved me money with their advice and have earned my business. Go visit them and have your water tested. Its free and you can see what you think.
