Rocklin Moving and Storage

Our experience with Rocklin Moving and Storage was fantastic! While we are awaiting our house to be finished we had to move to an apartment and place some furniture in storage. Cedric, Fidel and Elton went above board on everything they did and were truly exceptional. They were courteous, professional and very careful with our furniture. When we move to our new home we will request them as our move team… we have complete trust in them! We couldn’t be happier and will recommend this company to our friends.

We needed a moving team who was willing to help us fill our PODs, but not actually do a move for us. Rocklin Moving and Storage filled the bill. Their 2 man crew was professional, polite, fast, and reasonably priced. The PODs were filled with the skill of champion Tetris players! Everything fit, and was handled with extreme care. We will be calling Rocklin Moving and Storage when it comes time to empty the PODs at our new home.

Horrible moving experience !!! The packers on the first day were professional and courteous. The most of the movers on day two were just in a hurry to get it done, and the guy who was in charge of the paperwork was very rude and totally obnoxious. They did not wrap the large items for transit, and lost a side panel from my grandfather clock. They also broke my crystal chandelier. Unlabeled boxes from my garage were deposited in my bedroom, etc. I’m still unpacking, but, at this point the damages are greater than the cost of the move. They did not offer the add’l insurance. Oh, and I’m still waiting for the small refund they owe me… don’t expect I’ll ever get it.

They went as quickly as possible while trying to still be very careful with my things. They were effecient and very polite. I would highly recommend them!

these guys moved my folks and were very courteous and thorough. 3 man team — and they packed the kitchen! I’d recommend them again and again.

DO NOT USE THESE CREEPS!!! They broke a glass table and even though we purchased the insurance and submitted the quote for replacement cost of $ 110 — they paid us $ 15, after jerking us around for 2 months. It’s not just that they broke the table. The owner obviously just picks guys off the street who don’t have the slightest clue about what they’re doing, and sends them out to move your expensive stuff. This should be the last company you consider using.
