Joe’s Just Desserts

I was lucky enough to find this bakery just in time to request a special delivery to my twin daughters’ 18^th birthday celebration. Joe was so gracious in handling my request to deliver his incredible cupcakes to a local restaurant where they were having dinner. He went out and found the perfect t balloons for the occasion and delivered everything to their table and then SANG Happy Birthday to them! I live out of state but their sister who was there with them said it was so cute and the girls were beaming. It was so personal and touching that he did this! My daughters called me later and said his cupcakes were «the bomb». This amazing man deserves your business and the quality and freshness of his products will not disappoint! He is a perfectionist and clearly loves what he does. I’ll be in California for my daughters’ high school graduation and I’m planning to use Joe’s Just Desserts for that celebration, too. Can’t wait!

This Place is the Best!!! The Cupcakes are so moist and the frosting is on point, not to much sugar; making everything really tasty. I did do a special order of a big cupcake that tasted great and he went out of his way to place a sea theme on it. Even in the month of December that is hard to find. Plus he delivers. Everyone loved the cupcakes and how everything appeared. Thank You Joe! Plus I did do another order of cookies they were gone and everyone in the office could not stop taking about Joe’s Just Desserts!

The flavor and texture are perfect moist and light. Can’t wait to try some more new flavors.

I’ve tried many of his cupcake creations and they are all hands down the best cupcakes I have ever had in my life. Joe’s moist flavorful and unique mixes of ingredients put ordinary cupcakes to shame! I feel lucky to have run into such a skilled creative and passionate desert chef as Joe is and can’t wait to see what he will come up with next!

Joes cupcakes are second to none! I’ve known Joe most of my life and I can assure you that his perfectionism comes through in his baking. He has made cupcakes for numerous parties of mine and they are always a fan favorite! Enjoy!

Rarely have I had a dessert that I can say has changed my life… before I tried Joe’s cupcakes. I’m ruined now — I can’t ever have another cupcake unless I travel to Rocklin to order from Joe’s. The cupcakes are just that good.
I have to admit that when it comes to cakes, and cupcakes in particular, I tend to be a dessert snob. It’s really hard to find those moist yet flavorful cupcakes with icing that isn’t too sweet or overpowering. Joe has such a knack for getting the perfect mix of consistency and flavor, all with an artistic flair. The cupcakes look like small baked pieces of art… they almost look too pretty to eat! But oh man, one bite and you’ll be hooked.
The cupcakes are rich in flavor, stay fresh for days, and are super moist. You can tell that Joe uses fresh ingredients and his cupcakes are made to order. I’ve tried practically all of his desserts, and he makes everything well. Pricing-​wise, they’re also much more reasonable in price than those chintzy cupcake places that cost you half your mortgage for a couple of lousy cupcakes. It really feels like Joe’s goal is to bring smiles to his customers through his food.

Food: ⁵⁄₅. These cupcakes are the bomb. Cracktastic. Epic. Insert whatever adjective that means amazing and delicious.

Wonderful cupcakes for my co-worker’s Baby Shower. Thanks so much! They were beautiful & tasted great. I was also able to order just a day ahead.

Joe is a gifted desert chef. His cheesecake, cupcakes, cookies and chocolate cakes are beyond comparison. He uses the freshest ingredients and hand crafts each creation. After consuming one of Joe’s specialties you will crave a repeat performance.

I had a baby shower not too long ago and we had catered apple rose pastries from Joe! Joe is the owner and he was really friendly and helpful. I got so many compliments on my unique baby shower dessert idea! The pastries were too pretty to eat! But all my guests were glad they did!
I just called Joe and ordered over the phone. It was super easy. He had it delivered to my party location before it started at no extra charge!
Professional, courteous, delicious, and unique! I look forward to my next catered event when I’m back in the area!
