Get the breakfast burrito with everything, it’s good. Wish they would have real milk or cream for the coffee instead of the powder stuff. Also, to go lids are just soda style, not coffee style. They chill everything here, rice Krispy treats — chilled, Dentyne gum — chilled, can’t a gal get a little milk? Super big place and my hubby swears by the won ton soup and the Malibu Chicken lunch.

I wish Unilocal allowed NEGATIVE stars! This place is very close to my office. I walk over from time to time with a co-worker. I refuse to give my hard earned money to this place. They have a minimum order amount if you want to use debit/credit. Otherwise; they charge you the $ 0.35 processing fee. The breakfast burrito is laughable! You can do a better job making your own at home and she needs to learn how to wrap a burrito so all the stuff inside doesn’t squirt out after you pick it up. They only offer«ham» or maybe is it SPAM as a type of meat in the burrito. And, finally, the evil lady who makes the food is really the sole reason you should stay away. How is this place still in business? She is extreamly rude and there is zero respect for their customers. STAYAWAY!

It’s not terrible. But there’s nothing about Primo Café that makes me go «Wow!». The food is good, but not great. But it is worth the money. Cheap, and convenient, it feels like a few steps up from fast food but with better ingredients. The biggest positive are that the price matches the food well and that the food is made quickly as soon as it is ordered. It’s not over-priced at all and is a good enough quick breakfast or lunch if you’re running short on time.

I used to work out here and got lunch at Café Primo on a frequent basis. Their food is SOGOOD! From their awesome breakfast burritos to their sandwiches. It’s a quaint hole in the wall café and that might be why I like it so much. I highly recommend anyone to come check this place out :)

There are some positives here. Food is prepared quickly and is extremely affordable. There is a big enough variety on the menu to please most people. The negatives, however, are a bit too much to overcome. My sandwich was fine(cheesesteak sandwich) but it was something I could have made myself. There wasn’t a real pop that set it apart. I felt the portion was a little small, but I have to hedge that criticism because the price was less than $ 6. Everybody has already mentioned the less-than-warm nature of the owners, and it’s true, but it’s not a huge deal.

Definitely cafeteria style. Poor food quality & preparation. Not very friendly. Only sort of clean. Located in an industrial park and does blend in with that ambience. The prior reviews sounded good, so I thought I’d take a chance. This place gets a thumbs down…

Sometimes a place just delivers on your expectations. I forgot my lunch so I was in a bit of a pickle. I didn’t want to spend a lot of dough and I was in a bit of a time crunch. Enter Café Primo. Ordered The Primo Club(Chicken Teriyaki, Bacon, Cheddar, Lettuce, Tomato and Mayo on toasted Sourdough). The chicken was not your standard deli sliced chicken but real chunks of chicken cooked in teriyaki. The bacon was a nice meaty cut. All for $ 5.45. The soda is a super tanker and it cost a buck and a quarter. I would happily return for the Primo Club.

Wow, was I underwelmed by this place!!! My family was up visiting and we were looking to try something new. I was really in the mood for a mocha too, so we decided to come here. First, they were out of practically EVERYTHING! This was at noon on a Monday. Out of an entire menu of coffee, mochas, cappuccinos, etc. the only coffee they had available was the regular coffee out of a dispenser next to the sodas. Seriously??? This is supposed to be a «coffee house». Second, the very rude woman behind the counter told us they had NO soup although there was a calendar printed out and displayed directly in front of her that stated that the soup was chicken noodle, so out they are out of that too. We settled for some soft tacos and they were mediocre at best. This café is nestled within professional office buildings and I suppose it would be an option if someone forgot their lunch for work and needed food close by. But someone on here said it was a «hidden treasure». I think not!!!

I found this place when I worked across the street. Not just inexpensive food but the quality and taste is good also. I would definitely recommend this place.

All of the reviews that discuss the owners not being friendly are accurate. But who cares?!? The food here is great and the price is so reasonable. The breakfast burrito is amazing and you’ll always be served quickly. Well worth it if you don’t care about«service with a smile».

The person that wrote that the owners dont interact with the customers is a ridiculous statement. They are from a different country, you cant expect English as a Second Language people to talk to everyone with ease. They do what they can, they are really friendly. I went for a few weeks always got the Primo club, they remembered my order and kept asking me if i wanted that when i came in. :)

This is a café is hidden jewel. Here you’ll get the biggest bang for your buck. Generous portions and always fresh. I stopped by to get breakfast and got the breakfast burrito. It was tasty, not pricey at all, and it was a pretty large burrito. I also tried their sandwiches… all of them totally packed with lunch meat and veggies. It was so large I ate the other half later in the day. Very nice Korean husband and wife that are quick to serve you. Just let them know what you want and how you want it and they will try their best to accommodate. Just try greeting them with a Ahn-Nyeong Ha-Se Yo(Formal«Hello» in Korean) I’m sure you’ll get a smile.

This was a pretty decent lunch I had on my business trip in Rocklin. The owners or people working behind the counter weren’t the friendliest, but I liked the sandwich. I was surprised because I ordered a chicken sandwich with avocado and turns out it was somewhat like a terriyaki chicken sandwich. Good, just a little surprised. Check this place out if you can find it… it’s kind of tucked back into this business complex and the outside doesn’t look like a restaurant at all.

Feeling indifferent about this place… not quite sure what meat was used in an entrée I tried once. I am calling it porchicken. Breakfast sandwhich is damn good though. One less star for their demeanor and one less star for not being willing to sell me a side of sour cream when I am willing to pay up to $ 1 for it.

This is a small mom-and-pop joint that has some really decent food. Their daily specials are always good and good priced, and on thursdays they have won ton soup. My favorite sandwich is the primo club. although I think they reuse their unsauced grilled teriyaki chicken for this sandwich. I’m not complaining. As far as service goes, the wife may be a bit frigid, but(and I’m partially stereotyping) they’re both korean, and it’s kinda how their demeanor is. Not that she’s mean, she’s just not very expressive. Tell her what you want and she’ll make it for you. Simple as that.

The food here is fine for a little café in the middle of corporations, but the service is HORRIBLE. It’s run by a husband and wife team, and while the husband is fine(if scared of his awful wife) the wife is extremely rude and unfriendly. She has insulted and/or been rude to me on two of the three occasions I’ve been there(and I am not a sensitive person). While it’s conveniently located on my way to work for me to stop in the morning to get some breakfast, I just can’t countenance giving my money to someone so awful! So I will not be going there anymore.

Primo café is in a business complex and you really do not know about it unless you work in the area. Breakfast burritos are super yummy and filling an for $ 3 it a great deal just make sure that you get there before 11 that is when they stop serving breakfast. They are open Monday– Friday. Lunch specials are good and they are made fresh. They are quick to serve you. This is a great place.
