To The Nines Grooming Salon

We took our dog there for a nail trim. They were so kind and friendly. The place was kept clean. We will be back.

I took my 3 little dogs. A few times then had my mom take her littlle dog as well. The first time was wonderful. …the next time was good but really long day for them… the third trip was beyond ridiculous. They were there from 8am untill
i drove by around 5pm thinking they must be done… nope .i could see my blind little dog being held by her front paws standing and the clippers being run up her tummy .not very compassionate. Another hour before i was called to pick up. scott was my groomer. Sometimes was a no show. Iwould not ever take them there again. At first it was great but took a deeper dive every time they went. i dont think they need to spend 11 hours at the groomers. Granted there were 4 dogs but i feel like my dogs were pushed back .and there time slots were given to someone who was more important, they were groomed but hours later! And they had to potty so bad they were crying all the way home. Never again.

The place is terrible. They do not ask for dogs vaccine background. They need to learn how to handle puppys.

I am sorry to hear about the other people’s experiences but mine has always been superb. My wife takes our Cavashon (Tori) and every time I am amazed at how well the dog is groomed. I have used Petco once and they scalped the dog. I have not been into the place but Tori returned yesterday and she looks great. I think they do a great job !

I highly recommend To The Nines! My Rottweiler has been going to Scott since a puppy… He’s always professional, consistent, reliable, and willing to squeeze my dog in on short notice. If your current groomer can’t handle an aggressive breed– check out Scott, he’ll get the job done.

Hit or miss. For the money, Petco is a better deal and about the same quality. I’d skip this place.

This place butchered by dog’s coat. When I showed up to pick her up from her trim she was totally shaved. To make matters worse, the cut was uneven all over. They made my adorable fluffy dog look like a shaved rat and they didn’t even bother to clean her face. I know I must have look distressed as I picked her up. It was so shocking to see her look worse than when I dropped her off. They even shaved her tail off. Then, to add insult to injury, the rude guy who cut her then sarcastically volunteered in front of customers «why don’t you let me teach you how to brush your dog properly?» Wow. Just wow. I thought I was going to cry. They didn’t even discount the cut. I will NEVER take my dog here again. It will take more than a month for her to just look normal again. If you love your pet and want a friendly non-​commercial place to get them groomed, I’d look elsewhere.

He is a fantastic groomer, very clean shop, flexible hours,
and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend Scott for
grooming of you’re loving pet.
