My boyfriend and I decided to try something different so we figured to give this place a try. I called them once and they hung up on me on their attempt to put me on hold. No big deal… so I called again and placed a delivery order for their pan style pizza, wings, pop, and lemon cake. Once the food was delivered I realized that they didn’t give us our pop and the pizza wasn’t pan style. We called and spoke with the manager to see if they could correct this. Her response was that because we weren’t charged for the pan style that she was unable to do anything. Out of frustration we just gave up. The pop was eventually delivered to us once we were done eating. The food was alright but due to our unpleasant experience with their customer service we will never order from them again.

We picked up two orders of Chicken Parm last night. Absolutely delicious. Best Chicken Parm in Rockford by far. Haven’t tried the pizza yet but can’t wait. Noticed that they have a real pizza oven. Fresh baked bread was included. We’ve never had a bad experience here. Their meat pasta sauce is excellent. I’m always surprised that this little take out place can produce high quality food on a consistent basis. You won’t be disappointed.
