I shop at kohls alot. ALOT. After checking out I noticed that I was not given my 20% off. I had to get back in a long line, I was finally one away when another cashier finally came to help. I was told to go to her and of course three people behind got in front of me. I waited to get up to her only to be told I had to go back to the one I was at before who now had about six people in line. When I said something about this I was told to go to the service area. When I got there, there was another long line. She called three times for help. It took me 45 minutes to pay for a couple tops. It’s stupid that they don’t have more people to help. Every one of them were calling for help and no one was coming??? It’s not like it the holidays now.

It was my daughter’s birthday party, and she needed shoes(my dumbass forgot to send her to a sleepover the night before in anything acceptable for a party – AKA softball cleats for practice the day before. Thank goodness this Kohls was around to fix my Mommy Fail. The only bad thing was that they were looking pretty skimpy in the shoe department. We did find something that would work. There was only a small line when we went to check out, but the lady was seriously the most sullen worker I have ever seen. Very un-Kohls-like. Usually their customer service is wonderful. But I would be back in case of another MommyFail!
